I had the worst experience with Send My Bag in September 2024. I am moving from the US to France. One of my bag disappeared, my contents were transferred to 2 beat-up cardboard boxes without any explanation, my hangers were broken, and some clothing were missing, even my comforter was damaged. I don't know where is my shipping bag still, it is a mystery, I don't know if it was damaged or stolen. The customer service manager was the worst to deal with, she tried to reverse the fault on me, using reversal psychology, she was just terrible. She gave me $160 who couldn't even cover the high amount I lost which was 10x higher, I was super upset and still am, I even provided pictures, it is a shame. I will never recommend this company to anyone for sure.
I needed to send excess luggage from Ireland to NZ and found SendMyBag online. The service and support throughout was excellent, even though I missed the courier pickup! She directed me to a suitable drop-off/meeting point where the lone yellow suitcase was safely dropped off and set on its way home. It arrived in NZ 3 days later, no worse for wear.
Such a great company to use when sending bags globally. Seamless experience, great app to track your bags and always on time. 11/10 service, have used them many times in the past and will be using again in the future.
It's a great service to use to transport more than just travel luggage.
It may initially seem complicated to complete the paperwork, but it really isn't difficult and once done, it assures a fast and safe process to deliver your bag or parcel to it's destination. This is the second time that I have used the service and I was delighted with the service and availability of tracking information throughout! Brilliant service without having to leave home.

The process was easy from start to finish. Our bag arrived at our house sooner than expected.

Filled in paperwork over the weekend with an easy straightforward online process. Collection was on Monday and box arrived at destinitation in UK by Thursday. Flawless.
We were travelling to Spain for a period of 6 months so needed to ship 2 large cases rather than have to bring them ourselves. Having found the SendMyBag website via Google we decided that they were probably our best option, and we weren't disappointed.
They collected the cases from our house on the day agreed and despite getting an email saying that the delivery may be 5 days later than originally agreed, they actually arrived bang on time, 2 days after we arrived.
We sent a 20kg and 30kg case, which cost a little over €100, probably less than we would've paid to bring them ourselves.
We wouldn't hesitate in using SendMyBag again.
They tried twice as I was not at the address. Two plates were broken but it was my fault not them.
Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
