Needed a little more help with tags as they did not arrive. I read the site and improvised. It seemed to work but I tried to call for help and did not get an answer

The pick up in New York and delivery to the Sydney Australia depot were perfect. Ironically our instructions to deliver without a signature were ignored in Sydney, delaying delivery.

This was my second time using this service to ship my bag from the US to Iceland and I couldn't be happier with their service. The whole process is so easily set up and easily explained to the costumer of how to prepare the package. The service is quick and reliable and I highly recommend using this service for a stress free travel.

It's so easy to send your bags as someone picks them up. You just have to make sure labels are on. My bags were sent back to me from Cornwall were I had been staying. They were delivered back to my home which meant I could travel light. Very efficient and takes the stress out of travelling

Once we decided we could no longer drag around 4 suitcases on our trip to Europe, we made arrangements to have one of the bags picked up and put in all of the clothes we would no longer wear. We were in Europe for 10 weeks visiting many different areas so needed warm clothes and summer clothes. We had clear instructions and the bag was picked up by noon so we were free to be a tourist the rest of the day! Our bags were delivered back to the US in just a few days.

The updates on text and email assured me during my travels that my bag was successfully picked up, en route, and delivered. My duffel suitcase had a few semi-fragile things inside, and everything arrived safely and intact - and early! I highly recommend Send My Bag. This reliable company allowed my husband and me to travel unencumbered while hitting some quick spots in Europe before proceeding with our long leg to Asia. Another thing I love about this company is that my duffel-style suitcase was no problem for them.
