Not a happy customer. I had 4 suitcases to send. SendMyBag never pciked them up despite waiting at home ALL DAY. I've used their service 3 times - I've only had success one of those three times. Out of 4 scheduled pick ups only 1 actually happened. I ended up spending an additional 305 Euro to fix this issue - and it was a lot of hassle. I wish SendMyBag would refund the extra cost I incurred due to their failure.

Absolutely fuming!
Sent a box with SMB and it was collected and delivered on time.
So far so good...
Some time later I received an email stating they wanted £33 extra as the box was bigger than what I had stated.
This is a lite as when I took the measurements I added a few centimeters to be sure it was within the correct pricing.
They did not provide any proof as they claim they do measure everything and I've got more boxes in the same size as I bought a 5-pack and everyone of them are the same.
Why send a box and some time later demanding more money?
