Very slick and well run service
From making a reservation to delivery the process was clear, and on time. When I had questions regarding labeling I called the customer service number and was connected with a knowledgeable individual. I will be using this service in the future.
Very happy with final results. Once i had spoken to customer service and sorted out paperwork the service worked very well. As i was sending on behalf of someone who had travelled i just needed some pointers. The people i dealt with, both on line (chat) and over the phone were very helpful, polite and friendly. Would not hesitate to use again. Case arrived when stated and recipient very happy.

I had too much luggage so we parcelled up stuff in a cardboard box and it was picked up in the UK and delivered to my door in Sydney. In around a 7 day period.
I received the parcel with damaged stuff in it, the cardboard was totally broken at arrival

I moved from Australia to the USA and needed to send some excess bags over prior to my move. One call to send my bag made this all possible, it was a very straight forward and simple process with the minimum of fuss. Bags were picked up withing 24 hours and arrived, as scheduled, 6 days later at my new location. One dissapointing thing was that 1 of my bags was torn but all contents were still present.
All in all, I would certainly use this service if required in the future.
I wanted to get a suitcase from Egypt to the UK and this was a lot cheaper than many other options and the service included pick up and delivery from door to door and it all took around 72 hours to be delivered in a perfect state.
I must say it was the best customer service ive ever had. The people in the call centre had great personality and were funny and helpful and I forgave the fact they were Northern Irish xx
Haha just kidding all water under the bridge but really the service was great just a pity I had to get express shipping AND pay for remote pick up fee because it was not mainland Portugal. All in all v g x

Answer: Scam, additional charges added, no explanation and letters of demand following, this is not an ethical business.
Answer: Avoid sendmybag if you can Would give a negative rating if I could. Had 2 bags delivered, they lost one and damaged the other. On top of that are now refusing to process a claim. I have read other reviews to know they do this on a regular basis. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate. 0 marks for doing there job and a definite negative on customer support.
