I had booked a ticket from surat to chanasma on 23rd june 2017. Ticket no. Was TK7N*******. I had booked seat no. "I" in a good large bus of Ghanshyam travels. But the bus arrived at pick up point was small mini sleeper bus. It was different from the one i booked. However i travelled in that bus. Bus was old and having no air suspensor. After completing my journey i raised a complaint in redbus. I got a call from their customer care executive after 2 days in the evening. I requested him to call me back on the next day morning as i was travelling and could not listen to him properly. I did not get any call again and still my complaint is not attended and closed. I want compensation in terms of money back as i was not satisfied with the service and i did not get what i paid for. I am going to share my experience on all sites including facebook so that people can know the reality.

My name is sanjeev. I booked two seat from delhi to nainital from redbus for 1 may 2017 & returned ticket also for 3 may. I reached rk ashram marg called to customer care. They provided me bus driver no. & said talk to him. He will provide you bus location detail. I catched bus 9 o'clock from rk ashram but bus conductor told me they have no booking. I have shown redbus massage to him. After that when we reached anand vihar. They droped me out from the bus and told ask to your bus operator(International tourist) about your ticket booking. Suddenly i got a msg from redbus that your ticket has been cancelled. What the hell was this. I was contact to redbus but they told me pl. Arrange any other convance for that time. Believe me I cancelled my tour because of redbus. Even when i asked them to cancel my return tickets, they told me, will charge 20% cancelation charges(Sasle harami log pura tour kharab kr diya or ab cancelation charge bhi chahiye). Even all local bus operator laugh on me and said redbus is already closed. Real matter is that i booked ticket from 700 per person charges & current price is 800. Only for 100 rs bus operator(International tourist) cancelled my ticket with help of redbus. So guys this is my request dont book any ticket from redbus. They r frauds. Dont believe on them.

It was the worst experience I had ever before.
Customer care is irresponsible.

I had my booking with Orange travels on1st May 2017 form Bangalore to Pune and boarding time was 5:45 PM from Indranagar Petrol bunk nest to BDA complex.

The bus was delayed by 6 to 7 hr no reason why, all other services bus was there for pickup.

No one was responsible was the delay, every one was giving the face answers as no one know's what was happening.

Due to which I planned to cancel the ticket and asked with customer care, firstly no one was responding just putting the call on hold.
But once customer care picked my call and I requested them to cancel the ticket and customer care representative did so and assured that the 100% ticket money will be refunded.

But till now no message or any track received.
All this activity costed me to book an urgent flight ticket which costed me almost Rs10,000

If any responsible person is there to look after this so, please get my ticket money refunded.

Believe me I can give 1 as least score but I want to give less than this.
Don't book tickets in Red bus. Their Drivers neither picks up phone. Nor they give you refunds if they are mistake then also...
They people take bribes from Bus Conductors.
Watch their behavior very poor service...

My bus was delayed by 4 hrs. I travelled from Bangalore to Madurai on Feb 6th on SRS travels. Bus started from Bangalore with one hour delay. Since the bus did not reach Madurai on time, i had to get down in Dindugul and travel to some other place(i was supposed to travel from Madurai to this place if bus has reached on time). On top of this delay, I contacted red bus for registering the complaint. No real support from Redbus team. They wanted to close the case with no compensation at all. KALYANI - supervisor in Pune call centre was rude and spoke to me in a worst manner. Worst experience overall and i guess i will stick to ABHIBUS going forward! Competitors

We booked 4 tickets from manali to Delhi.The bus no was DL1PC 4364 which belongs to supreme travels.We were sitting in our respective seats as per our e-ticket.The guy who came for tckt checking was so arrogant and asked us to change our seats. When we were not willing to do so he tried to pull out me from the seat.He was saying, that is his bus and he didn't take any money from us. go and ask redbus.If u want to travel I will decide where you will sit. Then we contacted redbus local helpline no.The guy who came from redbus was not even able to handle him.At last we adjusted our seat as fellow passengers were also suffering of this issue.we also realized that there is no use in arguing with a guy who may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.so when you book the ticket with redbus remember that you are taking a risk.The bus staffs behaviour is like that we are travelling with free of cost.

Very bad services. I have booked a ticket for my brother, it is reasonable but according to that their services were flop. Not worthy even not a sigle penny. Very disappointing..

My worst trip
June 7, 2015

I took a A/C bus from mumbai to indore. It was a hans travels bus and was really a bad one. The condition of the bus was similar to any local bus. Water likage everywhere due to poor A/C system, my seat was all wet with a very dirty bedsheet.
Thankyou hans travels, This was my worst journey ever.

Third class service... I had booked two tickets through redbus. I had booked tickets from mumbai to jalna of front seats sleeper class. But when I got into the said bus, I got to know that the bus will be going to aurangabad only and not to jalna. And I was given the last row seats. We had to bear the jerks due to last seat. And all of us couldn't sleep only. This was because of REDBUS only. When I spoke to the bus guy, he told me that they had informed REDBUS to inform the customer, but REDBUS didn't. When i tried to contact REDBUS, nobody replied... PATHETIC... ZERO or may be MINUS STARS...

Very poor & irresponsible Customer Service.

Raised a complaint and received ticket number through SMS (No: *******) but after 12Hrs got another SMS that ticket closed without providing any resolution.
Contacted them again to find the reason and got info that ticket is no more available in the system hence raised new ticket (*******) but after 30mins again got SMS that this ticket also closed and problem is still not resolved.
