As per their *ride policy* they do not entertain issues related to their buses. If the bus breaks down an hour before your ride starts no alternative arrangement is made. Most of the time the travels call you and ask you settle for non ac if you have booked in ac stating an issue in some part of teh bus. And redBus does not hold responsibility for any such events. They won't even refund if you do not call them a million times. Moreover the only response you can get from them is you ll get a call back in half an hour, which surely never happens. They ll call you the next day to tell you nothing can be done
I have booked tickets through Redbus. After booked the tickets then check that particular bus service site. There it is very less amount nearly 100 rs.
Cheating Redbus.
I have booked bus from Bharuch to Sangli. But immediately after booking, I realised that my booked date was wrong. So I tried to reschedule or cancel the same, but I was not able to do so. I immediately contacted to customer care. I was informed that the software does not allow them to reschedule or cancel the date of journey. The software they designed is not customer friendly at all. It is really surprising that three days prior to journey, we cannot cancel or reschedule the journey. I have to bear the loss of whole amount. I have not seen the service worse than this.

I had booked 25 seater Force Motor for Delhi to haridwar Masoori mathura Bus operator was an Agent A&T Travels.com Redbus has not clear me about my journey station that i have mentined on Phone with red bus secondly that Bus operator was not helpful to us and for every place he Customer service guys never call back. They sleep always they never respond to any calls and mails. Pathetic service. Never book buses from redbus or screw your trip by booking bus through redbus. We spent hours on the phone with customer care, they did absolutely nothing to help us. We did not receive the refund. It was a terrible injustice and their nonchalant behavior was unacceptable. Please don't book through this terrible website, book through the bus agency directly. Pathetic! Unprofessional, extremely poor customer care service. $#*!ty bus vendors, website and app is also pathetic. DON'T TRAVEL WITH THEM!
Please do not use Redbus Hotel bookings it as the worst listings, they do not do the hotel reviews at all, inturn they have the list of 3rd class hotels. They are worried only about money and donot worry about the customer service... they have made me wait in the hotel lobby for 3 hours early in the morning from 6am, couldnt resolve a single issue. You guys are good for nothing.
All the customer executives are useless and just state the obvious facts. When i told them that there was a major problem in the seat numbers during my journey from dehradun to kanpur and i wanted my my refund. The help that they did was just confirm the seats from the bus operator stating that i had booked those seats only. When actually the seat nos were misleading in their app. I feel that these people are not at par to run a bus service in india cause all they want is to make a hole in the consumer's pockets rather than offering them service for money. They even let numerous people to get on the bus from haridwar to dehardun route as if it was a city bus and because of this our bus was 2.5 hours behind schedule.
Please don't use this app you can rather book from any other website by using cuopons. As it is just not worth it.
I had booked a ticket from chembur east to pune in dattakrupa travels at early morning 4.17am giving 1000 rs for avoiding any problems of reaching pune since it was very urgent for me. I was on the spot before half an hour waiting for bus but it did not come. I called the numbers provided in the ticket, none of them answer after n number of calls, i waited till 6am in the morning without any information. I called redbus team and got the reply that they cannot track the bus. I got a message after that telling that the bus is 2 hrs late which was anyway useless. I had to book an ola outstation cab paying double to reach on time. This was the ridiculous experience and will never choose or recommend red bus for travel. I requested for refund of money and i just got an apology mail from the travels. This is the extreme of fraud and careless in customer care

I booked bus on hire from hyd to vijaywada for my family in return at 10pm night at highway they stops the bus and demanding the total amount till hyderabad to pay at the same place or find any alternative bus for hyderabad i forced to pay the amount through online and then they started bus. The bus was not which i have booked driver was rude like if he is doing a free service...
Our families are not safe if they travel with red bus. Kindly forward this message to all your family and friends

Today, I booked ticket from Jaipur to Jodhpur through REDBUS. At booking time there are many services showing like charging point, study light, pillow, hammer and others. But on bording time I was shocked bcz there are nothing charger points and nothing services after that I called to customer support with stupid Suhas, they have no sense, no Manner. Naver has such terrible experience, we can also say very pathetic experience.

I've been a patient customer, trying my best to get my grievance addressed at the earliest. But my patience was truly tested by the terrible redBus team.My bus was cancelled by the bus operator and I've had to repeatedly call redBus EVERY TWO DAYS FOR ONE MONTH to claim my refund! And even after a month they have the cheek to say "we have not received confirmation about this cancellation from the bus operator still. We are not able to reach them. We'll 100% get back to you by tomorrow morning madam."I have good experience in how channels and phone units work, and the way my issue has been handled is very insulting! Do they really think they can rip off customers this way with such stupid excuses?! This is NOT DONE redBus!
I have cancelled my 3 nos. Of e-tickets No. TKD*******, TKD******* and TKD******* which was booked thru RedBus on 40 days back.Not yet get refund
Worst service. I have booked for my mother and the bus agency member called and informed me that bus is cancelled for tomorrow. When I contacted redbus they told only money debited from bank will get refund, but not the amount used through redbus wallet.
First of all there is no alternative arranged, which we had too much of inconvenient as there were no buses available with that range.
Second thing why I should use redbus wallet is question when there is no money

I booked bus from Shirdi to Solapur. (shrinath agency) At Tembhurni some youths were arguing with bus driver regarding dropping point. Driver gave them duty rupees each and asked to go by any vehicle. But the youths pressurised driver to drop them at Pandharpur. Driver wasted 35 minutes in this issue
The story starts now. While booking it was told that bus is going directly to Solapur and will reach at 5:59am. Now driver says that bus will reach at 7:30. I have to drop my son in school by seven am Now how its possible?
My sons one day is wasted due to this company. Thinking to go in consumer court.
Redbus doesn't take responsibility of Bus operator after you have booked the ticket.
I booked a ticket and later when i reached the bus, my ticket was already sold to someone else.
I opened a ticket with customer care, what i got reply from them was "Congratulations your ticket is closed." WTF!. I was like without even providing me resolution or explaination how can they simply straightaway close the ticket.

We had the most traumatic experience with redbus. We reached 2 hours early for the bus, and watched the bus leave right in front of us completely helpless. We had canceled only one ticket and had been reissued a new ticket for 4 people. Redbus failed to inform the agency and they ended up giving the seats to other customers. We spent hours on the phone with customer care, they did absolutely nothing to help us. We did not receive the refund. It was a terrible injustice and their nonchalant behavior was unacceptable. Please dont book through this terrible website, book through the bus agency directly.
We also had to spend 6k for the stay overnight as we were stranded in a bypass junction with nothing else close by. The trip back to Bangalore cost 5k in Ola. We are students struggling with a low budget and it was a terrible blow to us.
Hello Everybody please don't prefer to go through APSRTC through Redbus, Here on the website shown reaching time is simply fake. If you depend to reach any interviews or any function based the time related schedules, you will get always delay. Here I want to share my bitter experience". Yesterday ie.(28-August-2017). I book a bus from Vijayawada to Bangalore through Redbus time is at 11.30 AM. the main reason of booking this bus is the reaching time is 1.30AM(Bangalore) which is shown on the Redbus Website. Once I get in with my family in to the but they simply said It may reach bangalore at 4AM.( 3 and half hours late). I asked the reason to MR. Dirver(P. Ramesh). He said some silly reasons.
Each and every bustop stopped like local city bus and conductor shouts on passengers and showed his arragancy if anybody asks about the late. Conductor( I dont know his name), he is behaving like a local Auto cleaner who shouts for moving local gully streets. APSRTC bus stop every bus station atlest 20 mins to fill empty seats who left in the middle of the stations. Horrible services. Im simply advising you Redbus. Dont encourage these kind of cheap tricks by encouraging like these APSRTC Services
My frd travelled in KMBT TRAVELS using redbus.in, the service number is 11A(BHEL). The droping point is hyder nagar, kphb, Hyderabad. I lost my luggage which was kept in luggage section... The thing is the bus operator ran the bus without cleaner or helper for luggage safety. Only driver is taking care of everything... at my boarding point i even asked him about the same also requested him to write my seat number on my bag, he said nothing to worry pls get into the bus... Finally my luggage bag was lost... it contains my clothes, food particles, my old phone which is not working, my wallet contains my credit card and debit card... i request you to not book any tickets in KMBT travels and also i request redbus.in not to entertain these kind of bus operators in view of passenges safety...
Answer: I don't think RedBus team is managing their bookings properly My bookings all got cancelled and they didn't try to book another vehicle I got all bookings immediately from Zing bus
Answer: Very tough and you can't get appropriate answer about journey as the bus operators decide and RedBus is only a online platform
