I purchased my ticket the day before. When I arrived they had no clue of my purchase. I showed them the confirmation on my phone and was sent to four different people. Finally a woman wrote on a piece of paper so I could get on the bus at the last minute. Ten hour ride was in fact 13 hours. Uncomfortable and safe driving like a mad man.
Redbus just have a few call center executives who take the booking with advance and pass on to the cheapest operator available. Thereafter they absolve themselves of any responsibility whatsoever. In our case the Tempo traveller that we had booked reported late by 3 hours. The driver had just come back from another tour at 3 AM on the same morning and was just not in a position to driver the vehicle. Obviously, he did not get time to clean the vehicle for the same reason forget sanitising. Ultimately, we were forced to take our own vehicle. Even though we reported the issue to redbus support they simply expressed their inability to help. One of the solution for late reporting given was that we can delay our return at 'no extra charges' which is hilarious. I spoke to a gentleman called Surya at their customer support to report these issues the moment the vehicle arrived on which he promised for a refund. When I checked with the same executive again he simply denied having even spoken to me.
Highly avoidable! In case you cannot find a vehicle prefer walking rather then making a booking thru redbus.

My ticket books book jodhpur to bikaner but your service & your travels not a perfect time... Very poor service
Booked my ticket but the Boarding point contact no *******217) is not operational and not not able to contact.
I was waited there at bording point for more than 2 hr but could not get any response or call from them.

I have booked Red Bus tickets ticket no's.
TQ8K******* from Jaipur to Sangria. 23 July at 7.15 pm. Rewar Travels. The bus was canceled by the bus operator. When I called the red bus they did not give me satisfactory answers. I had received poor service from the red bus. I am requesting all of you please don't use red bus apps. #Redbus

There was no AC in City land bus. It should be an AC bus. BUT IT was Not. Drunken people were allowed and people were doing smoking. It was overly charged bus still come late and condition was pathetic.

I was confirmed my tickets on 22 DEC by red bus app but tickets received tickets are confirmed for 24 DEC mussoorie but same day i received a call from red bus team side your bus was canceled due to farmer protest so your booking amount will refund 3-4 working days but i have not received any refund i tried to contact help line number they are not responding my request so i ready frustrated to use red bus services, i tried may times to contact on customer help line number or already sent emails i have not received any response very worst service i never use this app again

I traveled Amritsar to Delhi last Friday. So I booked tickets by redbus for expresso bus there was burst staff. One of staff was drunk and bus was not clean well... also fare was not fair! Nobody wore mask there!
The ticket was booked from redbus. It was from jalgaon to mumbai. Ticket was booked till dadar and at the last moment the driver refused to drop to dadar and said will drop to saon instead. We live near dadar and we had to suffer because of this driver. If the ticket is booked till dadar you are supposed to drop there only. Hugely disappointed with this.
Answer: I don't think RedBus team is managing their bookings properly My bookings all got cancelled and they didn't try to book another vehicle I got all bookings immediately from Zing bus
Answer: Very tough and you can't get appropriate answer about journey as the bus operators decide and RedBus is only a online platform
