I have booked Prakash travel bus from Mumbai to Ratnagiri. Ticket cost Rs. 1500 per person. Bus Was poor quality. 2 time tire got punctured. AC water leaking on seat. The way driver was driving a bus. Looks like he is drunk. Bus got difunction near chimplun village. Last 4 hours we are waiting for alternative bus. But no such arrangements found. No refund Prakash travel ready to pay
The worst and help less people are the Red Bus as well as Musafir Travels(Sanjay) due to some medical emergency we got stuck and we were not able to board the bus so I called them so many time for both RED BUS and MUSAFIR Travels(SANJAY). And we booked the ticket costing around 30,000. Before 6hr and to cancel the tickets but they said call to red bus and when I called red bus they are telling to call Musafir travels and later they said to wait for 2 min there manager will call me as soon as possible but after 1hr I got and call and again I explained him the situation them again he is telling that I can not take and call for this I will transfer this call to my Manager but again he called me after 1hr and telling already I have spoken to Musafir regarding the same and his manager is not picking the call than I asked for the refund than he said no refund your 30,000 went in water.
Later I got a call from musafir travels that our bus is late for 3hr and it will start at 6 pm but again our boarding time was 7pm when I asked him about the time than he is telling if u want to bord than come to pick up point at 5.45pm again after 15 min some one else call from MT and telling you have to come at 6.15.
Red Bus is a fraud company pairing with worst bus service providers. Boarding without ticket passengers on the way and packing the bus to the extent that 20-25 extra passengers are loaded like general compartment and then not refunding the money to the genuine passenger making complaints of this.
NEVER OPT FOR THIS BUS SERVICE IF YOU CARE ABOUT SAFETY OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
Bus was good,I travelled from Chennai to Bangalore good service by driver helpful person assisting bus facilities all good..
Very bad experience with red bus.customer care is very poor. Very bad staff behavior. Bus is not clean.
Fully cheater & fraud company. If anyone have question, can talk with me *******715. Every time they all are trying to cheat the customers. Requesting you, pls dont do the journey with such fraud company.
I have received message that Bus No:MH12 UM 2532: Shree Sai, PickupMan No:7 and we paid insurance for same bus but they have changed bus to MH07F9797 which is very poor seats and windows were making noise throughout journey, poor service
I asked for Rescheduling ( I booked day time instead of night), But red bus not helped. I averagely spending more than ******* Rs for traveling monthly in Redbus. I asked help for first time in Redbus regarding Rescheduling or cancellations but they didn't agree. I won't use this app furthermore for booking ticket.
Dev high speed travel and cargo fraud tarvel agency hai. Ticket book karne k bad ye cancel kar deta hai aur paisa refund nahi karta hai. Chor hai madar chod. Mera 3000 kha gaya bhosri wala.

We booked them for Imagica. Just night previous to travel date they first asked us for higher price than what was fixed when we disagreed to it they cancelled our ride. They made us completely helpless by cancelling the ride after 8pm where we could not even book any new tempo traveller. Would warn every user to be very careful with these ppl as they will change their price at last moment and even cancel it. ZERO RELIABILITY, RUDE PEOPLE, NO CO-OPERATION
Dont book red bus app very leazy people and that to not responding any costumer care all so very bad

I booked ticket from Delhi to Manali on 19th October and return on 23 October by paying premium price on your PRIMO buses Reo and City land
It's sooo pathetic that both bus cancelled their journey very last minute and where by I incurred loss of one day hotel at club Mahindra Manali
Additional stay at delhi
Extra car hire on 23 rd all together I lost around Rs 16,678
Who will compensate this loss and my loss of holiday which is price less
Even you RedBus team don't have any update on your service provider, few hours before journey I called the operator and got confirmation of journey but very last hour of journey I received the message that bus cancelled
Is this the way you treat your customers if yes RedBus is miserably failing
And I want to make a suit in consumer court for spoiling my holiday and also going to make very bad review in social media also
Why because till now RedBus team didn't take any action against your operators

Booked tickets 2 times and it got cancelled with a sorry note on the travelling date.
Upon asking the customer care they asked me the arrange the alternative on my own.
Such a fraud company. They just want your money. They will deduct the service charges and return your rest amount.

When book my book my trip 30th last month without net payments, I received email statements said i paid invoice, during my trip I had complaint to the particular travel agent, they said l I can pay by cash while boarding, I have paid by cash. Later a week I am getting call from... paylater.com. Stating that still my bill not been paid,. Regarding this issues I tried calling rebus helpline. Never reached the customer service... so bad. The auto call center service pathetic. Simply stupid system... Regarding this issues still receiving call from paylater.com... customer service centers. Very difficult to find them... so bad..
I booked two tickets but they were canceled by the operator for 2 days.

I was traveling from vadodara to rajkot in bus no. GJ 18 Z 2460 & it was almost 1.5 hours late. Instead of reaching at 11pm it took the bus almost 2 hours more i. E 1:00 am. I'm highly dissatisfied with the service & specially timings. Also the seats were not comfortable.
Bus was diverted to another route without any intimation and operator told me red bus was refund your money but still not received from red bus

I was booked bus Sarswati yesterday 12-sep-2022 through Red bus from Jalgaon to Pune and today 13-sep-2022 i was received message your ticket conform with Bus Tirupati, and i don't want to traval with tirupati bus so i had contact to redbus customer service no but they defuse my request and say this is a bus operator issue so i am asking him to i had booked ticket with Red bus not a operator so they denied and don't refund me also i am asking him to connect my call to senior team or manager so they can't help me only say our senior team will contact you, Since morning 10 Am i am calling customer team but every person said same think again and again but till now 6 PM i have not received any call from red bus. Customer team of red bus only promised and not transfer my call to senior. I want a my money INR- 1166 Refund But they denied, so i am asking him why are you showing Sarswati bus name on Red bus app actually this bus is not ready to travel.
I travel in NT express from srivilliputhur to chennai. The person who drive the bus (Mr panneerselvam) very kind and help on the trip.
More then 10times i call to customer care everyone's Telling That's they're team is working on it i don't refferal anyone to travels in redbus
Answer: I don't think RedBus team is managing their bookings properly My bookings all got cancelled and they didn't try to book another vehicle I got all bookings immediately from Zing bus
Answer: Very tough and you can't get appropriate answer about journey as the bus operators decide and RedBus is only a online platform
