The slowest bus ever...Don't ever take this bus if you are time bound to reach somewhere...it promises to reach by 10:30 and reaches destination by12:30...damn
I would like to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience with RedBus that has left my minor Son and his fellow travellers extremely dissatisfied.
The Bus ticket was booked on 22nd August 2023 bus ticket Number: TS9K******* | PNR No: 5IEXVUJZFVDVfor a journey scheduled to depart on 26th August 2023 from Dehradun to Delhi. I must emphasize that I had chosen RedBus with the expectation of a reliable and efficient service, and I trusted your platform to ensure a smooth travel experience.
However, to my utter disbelief and dismay, we received a notification just hours before scheduled departure informing us that the bus had been cancelled. This not only caused inconvenience but also put us in an extremely challenging situation, as we were left stranded without any alternative transportation options at such short notice. The unprofessional behaviour displayed by RedBus by cancelling the bus almost at the last hour of travel is utterly unacceptable. We tried the phone number provided on the ticket however no one bothered to pick up the call.
I am deeply disappointed with the way this situation was handled, and I believe such actions reflect poorly on the reputation of your company. Travel plans are often made with careful consideration of time, convenience, and comfort, and to have them disrupted without any prior notice is both distressing and unprofessional.
Do not buy anything from redbus, they take whatever money you pay online and neither refund nor provide the service promised. Their customer service is a scam where a bunch of liars lie and fabricate stories. They stole about Rs 550 from me, never provided a service, and also misguided me. Never book any ticket on redbus.
I had booked abhi bus from Hyderabad to Eluru. And the Driver is very rude, I had paid INR 4838.25 for three tickets.
The Driver charged us INR 500/- for luggage and his attitude is like if we didn't pay him, he will not take us in bus. We feel like that we donate to begger. No begger's are far better they will request at least.
Pathetic service, bus is not hygiene inside bus we can see mosquitoes and inserts. I don't recommend this zing service to anyone.
The worst thing is my laguag got damaged and the driver said he is not responsible.

I had booked below Ticket for my mom, From Aurangabad to Mumbai, she is in old age and not able to walk, the bus drive instead of dropping her at Dadar T.T. Circle which was her dropping point, Also the arrival time was 6 AM But the bus cross Mumbai at 10:30AM. He Drive took the bus to Borivali and drop her at Bandra telling her we don't go to Dadar T.T. Circle, where as its clearly mentioned on ticket dropping point - Dadar T.T. Circle
It was heavily raining outside, she faced lot of difficulties in getting Taxi, when contact Redbus they told we will look into it, without get confirmation or concern they mailed me saying "You raised a concern with us and we have resolved it. And we hope that makes you happy"
How they can send such mail when the issued is not resolved Very pathetic Service, didn't expected from Redbus. I rate Redbus Zero "0" and will not book Ticket from Redbus nor recommend others.
One of worst travel bus agency. No respect to customers while talk, they talk what ever they want. Bus left without boarding for 4min late. Also I didn't like the behaviour of staff from head office to local office. V Kaveri travel agency is are money looting. They want to board some other person for back pocket money so they will start bus even if 4 min late. But if the bus is late then customer have to accept.
Even the red bus $#*! agency also support travel operators. Term and policies are only for customer but not for travel agencies? ( especially when bus is late.)

I had booked a Primo Venkatesh travels bus on Redbus to go to Hyderabad.
We were told that the bus we had booked was broken down and we will have to get on to another bus. We had booked lower berth seats because of lower-back issues and we also had female passengers.
On getting on to the bus we were told to take the upper berth seats and will have to adjust from Mumbai to Pune.
When we denied they put us on another bus but still we were not given lower berth seats.
The other bus operator told us after taking off that the bus will not go to the location we are supposed to go where our bus is waiting and that we will be dropped off at a random closeby location.
We were stranded in the middle of nowhere for 20 mins along with female passengers and we were harassed by drunk truck drivers.
20 mins later the bus driver came and we had given our bus.
On complaining about this The redBus operators will give us only a 20% refund for the inconvenience and today they called us and told us to talk to the bus operator directly on a conference call like it is our job to figure a solution out.
If you ever want to travel please get a train ticket or book the bus directly from the travel operator. Because if anything unfortunate happens to you, you will get no support from the redBus team.
Yesterday night I booked bus ticket for my friend Salman from chennai to Malappuram, but after booking ticket I saw the boarding point vellupuram bus stand, how can I reach there from chennai to vellupuram in 30 minutes. So I missed that bus and I canceled it when they called me. Now your customer is telling they can't refund my money. It's really cheating from your side. I never expected that from redbus.
Most credit cards do not work, and once I found one that did, they took my money and immediately the website said that due to some technical error they could not buy my tickets. I needed to contact customer service to request a refund… except the phone number provided in the email does not work! The emails do not allow for replies. An email provided an option to have them rebook instead of refund, but then they asked me to submit information through their help-page, which was not possible because it could not send a code to my phone, and of course there is nobody on the help chat.
Maybe it works in India, but it's useless for Indonesia despite offering tickets, and I suspect useless for the rest of the world too. Do not use this site. It's money into the void.
Never gonna book from them again. They will never trust even if show them valid proofs. You are just nothing to them.
I booked tickets megana travels by using RED BUS app 20th May 2023 ( Hyderabad to bellary)
That day only my tickets cancelled they are told your money will be refunded by RED BUS app but
RED BUS customer care saying it's taking too long soo many times saying like this i don't expect RED BUS doing like this no one can trust doing like this and my suggestion is don't trust RED BUS.please refund my amount quickly.
I booked the ticket on round trip. When I went to the station for the first trip, they said the the bus started 3 hours ago and redbus informed them the wrong information. They helped me to contact redbus for refund of the wrong trip. And after that I sent redbus an email to refund the second trip because I could not executive the first trip. I tried contact redbus by many ways but it could not reach. I did not received any reply. Redbus just paid the refund of the first trip ( I had to pay the bank charge). And they refused to refund the second trip by many reasons. The first time also the last I used the service of redbus
One of the worst experiences ever we've had on an app booking.
We had a pickup and drop booked one month earlier for our all women get-together at an resort. We had paid the booking advance too.
After that I'd spoken to them twice on the details like we'd have the same no. Of luggage so space needed, we need a good driver for an all women trip, if the driver has to be paid by cash or Gpay allowed etc etc...
Just a day before our trip, I got a call from the Redbus stating that their computer has mistakenly picked up a resort with similar name and ours was outside city limit.
As it was too close to our trip date I requesteda call from their sales person for change of station and was willing to pay for the difference (which was due to no fault of us)
They were very rude saying if we keep the booking they wouldn't send the bus...they actually said that!
And when we asked for a revision, they said the sales person will call but the call never came
Such an unprofessional, unethical, mannerless behavior from these people...
We had to resort for a non AC different travel booking as it was busy season and all AC vehicles were booked.

My only regret was I didn't read the reviews before booking...
I have a very bad experience of red bus, we had booked 6 tickets from goa to pune on 20 th may total amounting 7875/- and within 1 minute we cancelled the tickets bcoz of timing issue, we were charged 99% of our fees, we got only 78.75 rupees back our of 7850/-, it's not a fare deal, I would be happy if they sort my issue earliest and give our amount back, MY cancellation Ticket no is - TS6J*******, PNR - **************, Contact - *******903 or *******083
They is no response from redbus and bus owners are mentioning one boarding point and they are they asking some place and that is 4 to 5km long from board point. How the redbus will this type of busses and I called so many times to redbus customer care they are not giving proper response. This is wrote one and even one rating is also not worth full.

Funny rule made by Redbus. You can't refund on rescheduled ticket cancelation. Even you cancel 10 days before, zero refund. They chitted customer
Answer: I don't think RedBus team is managing their bookings properly My bookings all got cancelled and they didn't try to book another vehicle I got all bookings immediately from Zing bus
