Went online to find a replacement cover for my BAK VIP cover. I was very happy with the VIP cover, but it was 8 years old, and was wearing out. I could not find a way to see whether there was a cover that would be a direct replacement for the one I had. Nor could I find a way to compare covers on line.
I used the chat to get some help and was advised the MX4 is the replacement for the VIP, so I ordered it. It is not really the same, does not have the sleek look, this one has metal bands across it. Opening and closing it is tricky, I pinched my fingers more than once. It may be more durable in the long run, we shall see, but it was not what I was expecting. I think the chat agent just wanted to sell me the most expensive one.

I wanted a CAI and I chose the S&B oiled cold air intake… I had chose a throttle body spacer to go with my upgrade, since I was going to have it apart for the install, I went to chat and found the spacer I chose wouldn't work… Real Truck hooked me up with what I was looking for and I made the purchase, they done the research for me 😊

2016 Chevrolet with Amp Research Power Step. Driverside step works when IT wants to! Called Real Truck and talked with Tech who stated right away it was the Power Module, gave me a part number and switched me over to Chris W. Who then took all my info and said the part was on it's way. Could not be more pleased, very courteous and friendly.
