Shipping included in the quoted price- not an add on. The only negative is the thickness or feel of the mats themselves as they are not as hefty as the competition however they do fit perfectly

Everything went fine with the buying experience. But get my package go open it up pull out all the parts. No INSTALLATION GUIDE OR INSTRUCTIONS. One piece of paper that says call this number for installation help. And only open certain hrs. Bad experience not to happy. There installation video on there page but it's not the same truck so that doesn't help much. I thought these were plug and play but I guess not. I have no clue where all these wires go without instructions.
I ordered the Bak Revolver X4t with T-slot, 2 days later I got Cancellation request. I did not request this, I called them and they said the product has been dicontinued so they cancelled it. It was on sale at the time, and the website still shows it available. Was for a 2025 ford Ranger Raptor. Disapointing!

These company is either a scam or they are the most incompetent business ive ever unfortunately done business with. I strongly suggest you read the reviews from customers who never received their purchases or a refund. BEWARE

The cover looks great but with the instructions and the fit it is really hard it install to much detail in sum parts and not enough in others a straight forward simple picture and instructions would be better, the design flaw is it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep the railings from tipping downward there just isn't enough metal to latch on to to keep it level
