My chat "person", Reagan, was able to help me with my order. Things went smoothly. My only 2 complaints:
1. Packages were shipped and will have arrived in 3 separate deliveries. (Still have not received 3rd package of rails)
2. The top rail package had been dropped on its end and dented/scratched paint on the end. Rail was sticking out of box end. The plastic end cover still fits, but for the price... maybe package better? (All this while reading on box "new improved packaging"!

I purchased Realtruck Truxedo cover #******* for my 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 5'8" bed. I received the cover in a timely manner. When I went to install the cover, I needed the bulkhead seal to have a perfect seal. When I rolled out the rubber foam seal with adhesive, I found it 10 inches short only 55 inches long. So I called customer service about this and they told me it was supposed to be 65 inches and they would send one out the correct size right away so I could install my cover. I received the new bulkhead seal in a timely manner; however the new replacement bulkhead seal was again only 55 inches long. I am dumbfounded how that mistake could be made twice how many other people has had this same problem? So I called again and spoke to Judy and she is going to make sure they send out the correct size 65 inches. Now i must wait again to install my cover because the bulkhead seal is one of the first things you must do for a perfect fit. Thank you Judy
After calling in & working with a salesperson I deliberately paid an enormous amount for 2 day shipping to get a tonneau cover in time for a trip. Placed the order in time on Monday for it to ship out that day and even had 1 day grace period before I left on Friday. On Wed Fedex said they delivered 1 of 2 packages it but it wasn't to me. They had returned it to the warehouse in TX but it took them all day to find it. I had called Fedex & RealTruck when it didn't show up. By the time they found it Wed evening there was no way to get it to me by Thursday. I'm very disappointed. They will refund the shipping but that doesn't get me what I need before I leave town. Can't comment on the quality of the product because I don't have it yet.
Real truck is very much professional, honest and courteous. They will feel your needs in every way possible and work with you anyway to make you very satisfied anytime I shop for something I always go to real truck first
I contacted real truck in regard to a tonneau cover and some letter inserts for the tailgate of my F-150 pickup truck. The customer service representative emailed me back with a few questions and then supply me with a quote and a discount for being a first-time customer. I got an email the following day that the tonneau cover has already shipped.
It was easy to install my BakFlip MK TS. Purchasing was a breeze via phone call. I received the product as promised in 3 days. It was nicely packaged in strong boxing materials. The only thing that bothered me was all the metal shavings from where the aluminum was drilled (Taped). Thought that should've been cleaned up by the person drilling the holes.
I asked for a discount before I placed my order which was granted and I agreed to buy. When it came to checkout the discount was forgotten and I paid full price

I ordered a Tonneau cover for my truck. After 8 days of waiting for it to ship, I called and talked to a nice girl. She could not give me information about when my order would ship so I canceled the order. I have now been trying for a week to get my money refunded. I can't get anyone to answer when that will happen. I had high hopes for RealTrucks, I just bought a new truck and had several items I was interested in. I can't recommend doing business with RealTrucks, yhey have poor customer service.
Very different for 2026. You have to Message them on their web site the product needed. Sunday 25th & 5:12 PM I placed the message. The 1st response by email. Was Monday Jan 26th, 12:19 AM I was given a price, shipping amount and if I wanted to proceed. Back & forth name, address, phone, shipping address, ETC. I did that in about 10 minutes and two emails. Then nothing until 2:04 PM 12 hours later I received a link to their web site to pay for it. Odd, weird & very different to purchase products online.
The people I chatted with and talked to on the phone or very informative of their product and did not try to rush me in my order or sell me something I did not want everything was very thorough
I ordered the item and haven't received any updates. I have no idea what is going on. The rep was good but terribly dissatisfied with any updates. The rep indicated that the product would ship quickly but I guess it hasn't, I wouldn't know as again I've received zero updates on the shipping. I was going to order some pretty expensive headlights as well, but because of this I will be ordering somewhere else.
Item arrived broken, returned it and still no refund after purchasing a replacement from them to avoid a 2 week wait time on replacement!
It's great stuff, but not satisfied with how it rolls out at the end before you latch it down. It's bunches up and hard to latch.

The service person really tried hard to help me with my purchase! But fell short with the product details! I had checked out an Access Lowrider truck cover and it stated that it would block my under bed trunk from fully opening. So I looked at the Access Original which did not state that it blocked my trunk from opening fully. So I asked the service person to check and see if it would. They stated that it would not block it from opening fully.
When I received the product on the first page of the installation instructions it states that it blocks my trunk from fully opening!
I like the product so I'm keeping it. But I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase!
Customer service was good. Price was a little more than I liked. Product came in with scratches and blemishes, I'm a little disappointed in that. I haven't received my second item yet even though it was ordered together at the same time. Experience could be better.
