Customer service was extremely helpful. They helped me locate the correct parts. However, expected delivery is 2 to 3 weeks from supplier.

Still waiting on part that was shipping the next day —- on the phone a week later for 45 min. Never resolved the problem even after speaking to THREE people another week later no part and they disconnected the next call — gave one star because 0 wasn't a option

I was able to speak with a representative through the chat portion of the website and Michelle B was an excellent help and was able to answer my questions quickly and efficiently. We even lost each other twice and the other sales people were able to quickly connect me back so I could finish my purchase.

I bought a Gator Tonneau Cover back in 2017 from Real Truck (Formerly Tonneau Covers World) when this year my front corner brackets broke. Thinking I needed to buy a whole new cover, the sales rep I spoke to provided me with the replacement parts needed for my cover. A simple fix at a low cost and my cover is as good as new!

Went very well. The salesperson Nicholas Giannola corrected my previous order which did not turn out very well with another representative. He corrected and made all adjustments to get the order out right. I'm expecting the delivery of the right wheels by Thursday 5/15.
