We've been looking at bed covers and knew we wanted a retrax. We had decided to order one and when we went to the website they were on sale. We spoke to Cris through text and it was a very simple process. Our previous order was for running boards which we really like. We haven't received our bed cover yet, but when we do, I'll send in another review

I ordered a bed cover for my brand new 2025 Ford Ranger XLT. The customer service was excellent and ordering was a breeze.

The day before I tried to purchase, and was getting another 10% off. But I couldn't get through the pay pal or credit card so as to pay. So tried next day all worked but was 10% higher in price. So didn't like that. Other wise all was ok

Everything is fast and great phone service when ordering however getting help is like pulling teeth. They multiple times your oder number, have to transfer no mater what extension you use. Email link and chat link do not work on website. Email colors make it very hard to read, should I go on? Brief hold exceeded wait time so I hung up

I was told the top would ship 5 days ago and still hasn't shipped. I called and ordered a more expensive cover that I was told was in stock and it in fact wasn't. And there is no eta for the cover to arrive.
