Because of my work schedule I missed the final day of the Memorial Day sale. Cris quickly got me set me up with the same deal. This was my first purchase, but with the understanding and quick help I'll definitely be back
I was promised in the chat that my items were in stock and would ship "today" if I ordered "now". I proceeded to place my order and it did not ship that morning or afternoon. I sent 2 emails to the rep, Tara, (I think the last name was Cook?) and never received a response. I canceled the orders after a 24 hour period having not received a response and order not shipped.
Original chat stated that if I needed to order to respond to the email. I did, but after several hours had to call to continue with purchase as my email response wasn't responded to. The second call prompted a question and I had to check the vehicle before proceeding. Again, it was suggested I respond to the email, but this time I didn't receive an email. I called a second time and completed the transaction. Due to the length of time (Sunday 5/25-Tuesday 5/27) the sale price had expired, but the second person I talked to got sale sale price approved, and I ordered the cover. Overall, happy with experience.
The man that took my order walked me through everything was very helpfulβ¦I would have ordered the wrong size if it wasn't for him.

Ordered over live chat but now can't find out about shipping. Website says it can't find me. Can't get live chat on at 2:10 central time. Trying the phone but says i have to wait over 30mins. Not happy probably winding me up with them.
I bought this cover with my truck. Before I could install it, I misplace the hardware bag. I call to order a replacement hardware and was told that I needed to buy three different piece to complete the hardware bag. Once I received the parts everything I needed was in one bag, I didn't need to buy the other two.

I bought a cover last Wednesday and the customer service member told me this item qualified for quick ship and would ship the following day. It is now Sunday and it hasn't shipped. I reached out to there Customer Service Saturday asking where my product was. They told me not only were they not sure when it would ship but that their supervisor would get back to me within 7 DAYS! What? This is a $2400 item and I trusted their word. Never again with this company
Just the fact Matt Tutty went out of his was to get me the B&W 5" Tow and Stow Drop Down Hitch even when it's not available also I get above and beyond good quality customer service and they guarantee and stand behind all their products they sell.

My online assistant Ms Keifer. Did a good job. However I was a bit confused when someone else called from Realtruck to take my order. It made me think I was being scammed. Ms. Kiefer did take the order later.
Parts were easy to replace when given the old part number IAT-*******-3 - STEP TREAD REPLACEMENT - 90" - each - Ionic 41 Seriesβsuperb Job by the service rep. Matthew Tuffy.
I placed an order with the Chat person who was able to give me a discount as a first time customer. I didn't realize until today when I found the email confirmation that the order was wrong. 2 of the same item was ordered and they forgot to order my Cargo Liner. I was able to call and cancel the one item and order what I needed. I'm glad I caught it or I would have had to ship back the duplicate item. The text the Chat person sent to me was correct but was ordered was different. I'm glad to all worked out. I had to pay more than I thought but hopefully the order will be ok when it arrives.
Real truck customer service is right there ready to answer all my questions. Very satisfied will definitely use them again.
Everything went very well, until I proceeded to checkout, and my debit/credit card was declined twice. Had to call sales and place the order over the phone, and the same credit card went through without any problems. I called my bank afterwards, and they verified there are not restrictions on my card/account, so it was something in Real Truck's web site.
We had a snag after ordering, the customer service rep that helped me was amazing! Thanks to whoever he was!
