When I received the order the orientation of the image was rotated 90 degrees to what was expected (I ordered a wood grain image). This limited the use of the product to the width of the roll. If the orientation had been identified in the product listing I would not have ordered this product. Additionally the matte texture made the product look very "fake" so I will not be using this product. Finally, when I ordered, I included the applicator tool in the order (and paid for it) but it was not included in the package.

I ordered several 3x5" color samples August 28. I had to follow up several times to get a tracking number. I received some lame excuses as to why I didn't get one. After finally getting one the package hasn't moved from their office. It is now 2 full weeks later. No movement. What a joke.

I like this product, ordered furniture vinyl, will be ordering this product again & more for other projects. THSNKS

I'm very happy with my vinyl but I'm having a hard time deciphering what is what as there's no diagram showing where each piece goes. I haven't completely put my vinyl on for this reason

Product arrived rolled on a tube and had creases in vinyl and places where unattached from peel away backing.Company has no phone number to complain, I probably wouldn't either sending out product like I received, will leave my complaints on my credit card and google..

I started out with some of the more expensive materials to wrap my roof only to find out they were really hard to install, I searched some diy videos and came across this company and ordered once last ditch effort to wrap the roof myself.
And as advertised, their product was much easier to install. I succeeded on my first try!. The end result is fair, there are some glue lines visible in the material after install but I can't say for sure what causes that since I have never done this before. Overall, I am happy with the result

It was easy to select and order the size that I needed. I thought it was a little unusual that the prices indicated to "add" two numbers together, rather than just show the exact price for the size selected. The tracking link that was provided did not work and I got an F404 error on the Rvinyl website.
I had to contact someone at Rvinyl to get the information.

First I got an email my package never shipped as I was notified USPS, then I got an email saying it was then being shipped UPS. Every notice I get is about another delay. I don't believe I could ever recommend a company who can't manage their shipments any better than my experience. At this point I'm considering having Visa cancel payments.

The pieces were are shaped wrong. Close, hit not quite right. Too short, not wide enough etc. I should have listened to the other reviews. Waste of money... I threw it in the trash. Wood trim for a Mercedes GLS 450. Also, it looked super fake on top of not fitting it. Horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I received my tint very fast, I'm impressed with the accuracy of the cuts it fits perfectly in my cara without making any cuts on my own, the film was extremely nicely packed and undamaged, i will definitely order more products from Rvinyl

Ordered was delivered in a timely fashion and as described on the website.

Our vinyl came without instructions but after chating on their website they have let us k ow the instructions are online

Small box arrived first. Wrong address.found and received. Tube with vinyl inside correct address, wrong door, but found and received..

Really not happy with cut of the tail light tint at all. Nowhere near exact fit. I've installed other exact fit tail light tint kits over the years and they've been exact fit. Not happy with this kit at all, ended up not installing after attempting one backup light and one taillight. I'd actually like a refund

Very easy layout the describe the product exactly as what it is you're getting what you're paying for nice quality my wrap came cut out perfectly to fit my trim inside my car

The online order process was easy and my window tint arrived on time.

Tint camr well packaged. Upon enrolling, observed tint had creases. Decided to install anyway. Kit that was purchased for the install did not come with applicator and squeegee that was in the site.
Had a hard time fitting the supplied squeegee between glass and door trim due to the size.
Overall I was not satisfied with my results and removed and disposed of the film.
