These people are unprofessional and don't want to help. They sent me wrong fit for my lights and then refused to issue a refund. AND THEN wanted me to pay for return shipping. Will never deal with them again.

They send you 4 pieces of vinyl to wrap your calipers however the size was too small for my front calipers. I waited after 30 days to do the job and find out it was too small and they said 30 days was past their time to do anything about it. They don't really give a sh*t and have poor customer service.
Rvinal are thieves and I am now seeing all the reviews. Wished I looked before I ordered. I had to return some decals for inside cover up on my Crosstrek. The items come without any map as to where each item goes. Your eyes are everywhere--not ever a schematic to look at. They provide no help when you ask. I returned as they stated, I paid about 9.00 to return it. I could see them not refunding the original ship, but they charged a 20% restock that took almost $14. How much do you need to restock 3 small sheets of carbon fiber decals? I lost $31 of a order of $50.00 (not including their shipping). Might as well kept it. Horrible business to work with. Never again!

I recently purchased smoke tint headlight vinyl for my car. Not only did I not receive half of the order, the tint shapes were too small to cover the whole headlight(s). They need to mention that on the product description. I don't know if the other vinyl parts didn't fit, as I never received them. After installing, they looked horrible and I couldn't sit with them any longer and removed and threw them in the trash. The instructions provided did not include helpful instructions to what I purchased, and the video they have online was the least helpful instructional video I've ever seen. I requested a refund & Mariel said I could receive store credit for the product I returned, I'm sorry, I do not want a replacement and do not want to purchase more products with the same hassle. Let alone spend more money on shipping and restocking fees, to add to the blow from the original costs that are in the garbage now. These products are low quality, as is the customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy local.
When I got the vinyl I was impressed with how well it matched the color of my car... then I started putting it on. The cutouts are way off. Pieces were too short or too long and some of it was missing. The cutouts look like a child cut them. Their response was, send it back to us. Yeah! After their "restocking" fee and postage you're lucky to receive half of what you paid for it.
Ordered a dash kit for my Silverado. It came with no instructions on what piece went where and it didn't look like it was even made for my truck. Without peeling anything off the backing, I just rolled it back up, put it in the box and sent it back. I followed all of their return instructions and sent them the tracking number (cost me over $12 to send it back). I realized there would be a restocking fee and I was ok with that. Mariel S. Sent me an email informing me I was only eligible for a store credit. I searched the website only to realize I didn't want any of their inferior products. I have the feeling this so-called "business" is being run by one lame-assed person out of their one bedroom apartment. Stay away!
I purchased a 60" x 84" sheet of 3M Vinyl form RVinyl and the product was excellent as always with 3M Vinyl. RVinyl did not ship some accessories that were also ordered with the vinyl so I chatted with Mariel S. And she was able to get the missing items sent to me. I'm on the West coast so this definitely was an inconvenience. I let her know that I needed another 60" x 60" sheet to complete my project and she sent me a link via our chat to order the piece. Well the order showed up and it was wrong, (5) 12" x 60" pieces which won't work for my project. I am stuck with the return postage and another two weeks to with a project half way completed. Mariel who sent me the link is taking no responsibility even though I read and understood how the vinyl is ordered. Buy local and don't waste your time with a company that doesn't post their phone number under their contacts, there is a reason for that.
I ordered a dash kit for my Silverado. Shipping and delivery were terrible. After 10 days of being in the Post office 20 miles away, I called Rvinyl and wasted 20 mins of them telling me what they couldn't do. Said it was my problem and contact USPS to make a claim. Two days later I get an email saying they forgot to send the installation tools, which were ordered at the same time. When the dash kit finally arrived, it was very poor quality, and looked like a preschooler had cut out the openings ie: uneven cuts, too long and out of place in some areas and too short in others. No instructions on what pieces were for what, randomly placed in disarray on the backing sheet, and more than 1/2 didn't fit anything on truck. Overall what did fit looked like crap. After wasting time trying to get it to at least look halfway decent, I just peeled it off and threw it in the trash where it belonged. If you're looking for a half-assed ran company, who has no idea what customer service is, and who makes over priced garbage, Then this is the company for you. Otherwise don't waste your time and money. There are other reputable places to do business.
I ordered a custom Honda dash kit and after a week of trying to switch my order only an hour after I placed it rvinyl still did not send out what I ordered on time and wouldn't even change my order even though I was in the proper time frame to do so what I actually wanted was a bit cheaper then what I got so they didn't want to give me any money back even though their policy clearly states I was entitled to a refund. Then after waiting weeks to receive the product it was extremely cheap the color was totally different and some of my pieces were clearly cut out wrong on top of having more pieces for another year of my car then my car itself and my dash kit was supposed to be "custom" I paid extra money for something I didn't even want that took weeks to send out only to get a faulty product. The vinyl stuck when it was first applied with a heat gun and a squeegee on a half alcohol half water cleaned surface but minutes later it began to peel off day by day every time the weather changes the vinyl peels. WHEN THEY SENT IT IT WAS ROLLED UP AND THE SECOND I STARTED TO UNROLL IT THE VINYL STARTS TO POP OFF THE PAPER! I have made rvinyl aware of this I had even sent tons of pictures and explained what was used and the process but all they want to do is stall time and blame the customer for a misrepresented product. DO NOT ORDER FROM RVINYL! IT'S A SCAM! A RIP OFF! A MISREPRESENTATION! CHEAP QUALITY! LIARS!

Answer: I shopped with the company for over a decade before this issue. I would not have said so in the past, but recent online reviews suggest that the company is knowingly sending damaged products out.
Answer: I say find someplace local you can go to. Don't purchase vinyl on line seeing its going to be difficult to return if you need to. They will say anything to prevent from paying you.
Answer: They don't have a working number to talk to anyone. Just email address to talk to people who give you the run around. After sending pictures of the 2 vehicles they still sent me the wrong product 2 times. Then refused to return my money.
