Ordered a kit from them when it arrived it was a complete different color than the one I ordered so without opening it I went to the post office paid and extra $5 dollars to ship it back and they said it's only eligible for store credit that I have to use within the two weeks. They are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS because it was untouched. So I will not be ordering anything from them and they literally stole more than 100 dollars from me. This is pretty much fraud please do not order from them it's a waste of time and money they are also no help when emailing them.

They never shipped my product even though I got a "shipped" notification. After waiting a month after it supposedly shipped I contacted them and was told that the product had to be custom made, wasn't finished and definitely hadn't been shipped. After 2 months of what I was told would take a week to receive, I have nothing. Filed a report with the BBB. All of you with negative experiences should do the same. I don't think they specifically set out to steal my money, but they don't care and aren't fixing the problem they've caused and they won't refund my money.

Well I bought the semi-gloss RVinyl between window posts for my 2000 Camry. Unfortunately I will not install, the material is not quite wide enough to cover side corner nicks that will show after installation. Better off taking some time to so some minor sand work, tape off and spray if you have the time and talent (not difficult). The finish will be much better that the RVinyl product and longer lasting. My 2 cents... Good luck!

Ordered a wrap for my BMW

1. I filled out the required information from my vehicle, CORRECTLY
2. Took 3 weeks to be delivered (understandable with COVID)
3. SENT WRONG PRODUCT AND WON'T REFUND / LET ME RETURN

I filled out everything correctly, and still received the wrong wrap for my car. Contacted customer service. They admitted they made a mistake but "after speaking with management" there is nothing they can do.? How can they admit they were the ones who messed up but I can't even get a refund or the correct product shipped to me? I'm just out of my $ and have the wrong product.

Didn't ship me all of the vinyl I ordered. The tube I did receive even said "partial order" on it, but they claim it was all in that tube. In the end I'm out over $600 bucks because it's their word against mine. I doubt this was an elaborate plan to screw me over, so one your employees messed up and claim they shipped it when they didn't. If that's the case, you should have made this right. And that's what a respectable business would have done. Thanks for nothing!

I purchased both head light and taillight film from RVinyl. The shipment arrived heat damaged. I requested a replacement for the headlight covering within an hour of receiving. The company responded with an auto reply saying management would need to review. The company did not follow up after.

I did go ahead and install the part of the order that was only slightly heat damaged. For the most part, that section was ok but not perfect. After three weeks, I reached out about again about the headlights. Collet, who seems to be in charge of ignoring customers, said that removing the tint from the protective film. See the attached picture to see how well that was going to work.

After sending the photo, Collet then told to me install the tint with a heat gun. I've installed enough tint to know that this wouldn't work. I started to get the feeling that they were blowing me off and delaying more. I sent a response that said I was refusing to waste my time doing so. They responded with the same auto reply that was originally sent.

At this point, I assume the company will ignore me like they ignore every one else.

For quality assurance: The hood protection was not a good fit, and had some ragged edges or not a clean straight cut. The product left the most vulnerable portions of the hood unprotected (the portion of the hood directly above the headlights [see pictures]).

For technical support: I contacted customer service weeks ago about mix rations for soap slip solution and water/alcohol mix, but got no reply. The price of the items demands more quality and support, but was not evident as the flashy website would suggest.

Consider looking elsewhere if you need paint protection for your recently restored MK4 Jetta. The USPS signature confirmation was also an annoying inconvenience considering the items delivered.

I ordered a tail light tint kit for my vehicle, and when I received it was frustrated to find that it did not fit at all. I double checked the order to make sure I didn't purchase the wrong kit, however it was advertised as a universal fit for my vehicle's year. After contacting customer support, providing pictures, and requesting a replacement, they said they could not help and that I would need to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee, that would end up costing the same. There is no phone number to call their support team, and they are completely unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake. I wish I would have read the other reviews online before purchasing, or else I would have never considered using them. Steer clear or you will be a victim as well. I have disputed the charge with my bank as fraud.

They sent me the wrong product 2 different times. When I returned the product they refused to refund my money because they said UPS damaged the box. Yet they gave me an in store credit for the purchase and the shipping. Who gives a credit on the product and shipping without making a deduction for the damages? No one! I will never use them again and will post it on social media to prevent anyone else from being taken advantage of. CROOKS! Ordered film for 2 different vehicles yet they set the same thing both times. CROOKS! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK CROOKS!

This business falsely claims to manufacture vinyl protective stickers to fit a range of vehicles. I ordered one for my 2019 Audi Q5 and when received, it did not fit my vehicle. Rvinyl asked for photos, which I shared. The customer service person, Collet confirmed that they had sent me "the correct product" and my "order was complete." If it is indeed the correct product, then surely this is false advertising. Lastly, the product is advertised as being printed on 3M vinyl. There is no 3M logo anywhere on the product and the vinyl is absolutely not 3M.
