Spent $80 to buy custom cut film for my headlights and fog lights
Yet the pieces was still short did not fit properly Vinyl is best applied if not stretched over 3" short in length very unsatisfied customer I do not recommend this company! I see why there rating are so low..

They did a partial order sent me an empty roll of wrap and i did in fact recieve the prep but no car wrap, down 600$ dollars this company seems to have tooken alot of money from folks.

Purchased a kit for interior of Raptor. The door panel pieces did not fit, they were too short. Contacted them and was told "That's how it's supposed to fit." What!?!? Are you kidding me? It's supposed to look like crap? Oh ok. Sorry, my bad. Back and forth with Customer service. Have yet to receive a reply that makes sense. Do NOT buy from them! Terrible product and company/customer service.

By far the worst customer service out there! They sent me the wrong color and will not give me the right color or give me a refund. They also will no longer respond to emails or calls.

I don't know how a company like this still stays in business after all the complaints they get. Their products are garbage and customer service is just bad. No one seems to know what's going on.

I bought some gloss black wrap and after 2 weeks from the order, I find out the package delivery was attempted but it was forwarded. That was because 1 week before delivery I had moved apartments, down the hall, but already submitted a change of address weeks prior so it shouldn't have been an issue. There was no information on where the package was forwarded to so I called USPS and come to find that RVinyl uses the absolute cheapest shipping option possible, meaning when it was forwarded there was no funding for that service so it was actually DESTROYED! Now, RVinyl has no response on the matter. What a joke.

The film is poor quality and doesn't fit the car windows exactly. Emailed customer service and very poor response. Waste of $47.
Don't fall for $20 rebate they just want your pictures and never respond. Horrible company stay away.

Order a kit for 2014 Sienna. Followed all instructions and steps. Applied one film, lot of wrinkles after 24 hours. Anything I tried didn't work. I worked on different cars with different products from competition without any problems. Be aware. They asked for 20% restocking fee, if the product is used you will receive a store credit only. What to do with the store credit? To buy another low quality product? No thanks. Overall, horrible experience with this company. It took 12 days to be delivered from NY to Las Vegas.

About the same as everyone else's reviews, you might get the right product and then again you might get something completely different. Then as you try to get it resolved they run around and keep your money. And if you do get to return it you pay for shipping and a 20% restock fee. Don't believe the reviews on Google, because only bots mention customer service representative by their chat name.
Oh and the product I received was of poor quality and as you can see in the pictures not the right product.

Vinyl tint for my tail lights show up "fit to car" and they turn out to be about 2 inches too short on each one. Incredibly frustrating when I could have just ordered a sheet of vinyl which I will be doing in the future. Definitely would not recommend RVinyl to anybody as the quality for what you pay is garbage.

We purchased a vehicle wrap for our car which was going to be displayed in a auto show in MD. We were shipped part of the order and proceeded to start the wrap of the car. When the rest of the order arrived we continued to do the wrap when it was notice the wrap was not the same it was similar but not the same. We contacted the company customer service department and were given a run around. They said it was the same as the previous just a different run. Well there you have it in a nut shell not the same a different run. We asked if they could send a new one as they were not the same and it was a noticeable difference from the original run. They responded per our policy we do not refund we would have to spend another $800 to get a new run and no guarantees it would be the same as original. We sent several emails to try and resolve this matter and made contact with company and they told us that was there policy and they would not refund the money and they hung up. RVinyl is the worst company we have ever dealt with and we would not recommend their product to anyone.

I purchased 388$ of product, and I recieved an email from customer service at 5pm on a Sunday, stating they needed me to fill out their forms to further process my payment or they will not send my order, due to such an excessive high dollar amount (over 300$!) I checked my account to see if my payment has processed & it shows it has. The forms I have been asked to file require photos of my govt id, as well as photos of my card and to sign that they are allowed to further process my card information at their descretion.

Dun dun dun dun dun. Run!
