Paid 100 US, for a kit did a frame up resto, bought this in 2018, went to open it Sunday October 3 2021, to do the install, Opened the box to missing most of the order, Made zero effort to fix it, but had no problem taken my $$, for 1/4 of the kit.
I recently buy front, rear, and fog light tint that were supposed to custom fit for my BMW 640i. I took the tint to a 5-star tint installation dealership to have it installed, Well to my surprise the front was not a custom fit. The installer recommended not to install the rear and return the front and contact Rvinyl. I contacted them and sent photos of the tint. Their customer rep Melinda P. Stated they will not refund me because it was installed by a third party? Hence I am not a professional installer but using that as an excuse not to refund me and the fact I still have the rear tint still in the shipping plastic. I would not order any custom tint cause it will not be custom fit and no refund! Your choice buying from this company!
I placed an order with them, after a week no update. I emailed to find the status of my order I was told Iain would call me. He did not, but David did and inform me the vinyl I order was out of stock. But Iain told him to offer me a replacement from another brand(different color). My client did not want the color and cancel the job. I called David back and cancel my order also I follow up with an email to cancel my order. A few minutes later a received an email my order was shipped. I called David, he looked in the computer and told me Iain override and send the order. After many emails and phone calls I finial spoke with Iain, I explain the job was cancel based on the informant your company gave me. He blamed David, and he cold not stop the shipping of the vinyl(Its been less than an hour since he made the label). So now I have to return the vinyl and fight for a refund from the company. My company will not be doing business with them again.
I bought about 400 bucks worth of paint protection film. Some of it was 3M, some was this Avery Denison stuff I'd never heard of but it was cheaper so I figured I'd try it. Watched the videos, followed all instructions, cleaned the area as instructed. The 3M stuff worked just fine, perfect, just as expected. The Avery Denision stuff would not adhere in places and would pull up off others long after you thought you were done messing with it, days later. Defective. Contacted Rvinyl, got the run around for a few weeks, then they say installer error. No explanation as to what the error was or why only this stuff failed and not the 3M. No refund, no warranty, $330 worth of junk film and they don't care a bit. I even asked if they could ship me the 3M versions and I'd pay the difference. Nope. Never ever buy anything from this place!

Contacted customer support and received 1 email asking for pictures which I sent haven't heard anything else from them, Contacted customer support again they told me it was under review and I just had to wait... this was weeks ago.
I purchased an interior kit for my ‘07 Tiburon. It arrived quickly enough, but upon opening it, I found it was missing key components I needed like the door handles and steering wheel trim. I contacted RVinyl to get a refund and found they do NOT offer refunds - ever. They only give store credit. As I'm looking on the web, it seems I'm not alone. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau and a rock bottom rating with virtually every online review site. Save your money and run away from doing business with these scammers. Bad customer service all around. Vinyl arrived damaged and didnt fit properly. Had to reach out multiple times for one response. Was then pointed to return policy. Didnt even bother to offer a replacement, address the pictures i sent over, NOTHING. Support a different small business!
I ordered the carbon fiber to go in my car. Took a while to get to my house but I dealt with that. It arrived I started install and noticed the pieces do not match my car. I got a hold of customer service explained everything and sent pics. I told her they had the wrong diagram for my car on some pieces. I even sent another diagram from another company. I was than told she was told to send me a whole new kit. I assumed it would be a matching one. I get new one exact same thing. I get a hold of customer service again was basically told oh well the pics are online I should know if would match! I stated to this person I assumed you guys advertise my car and would have right pieces so here I paid $80 for something sitting in a box. They told me I can send it back and pay shipping. I'm upset all the way around for the next person also that gets this and it does not match.
Cheap looking crap. Poorly fitted paper stickers. Don't waste your money or time. I didn't even waste my time trying to get a refund based on other reviews. Applied one section, took it off and threw the rest in the trash where it belongs.
Ordered tint for my crew cab truck, I ordered the full set including the windshield strip. Needless to say I did not received my full order, I then contacted them and they reassured a replacement order will be sent out. They did stand by their word and sent out a replacement order and it was for a SUV, then contacted once again and was promised another replacement order. AND still received an incomplete order so lets hope they can get the fourth order right
Two weeks ago I purchase the vinyl headlamp sun protectors and I tryed putting one on and it failed. So I crunched the others and through out. What a piece of crap. Impossible to install.
This week I purchase dash decals for car and it was the same garbage. Crumpled up and through out.

I own a vehicle wrap shop and frequently purchase vinyl from different suppliers, and I have to say without a doubt this is the worst experience I have ever had with a vender. After placing my order it was not shipped out for an entire week, and when I finally received the tracking number I scheduled the installation with my customer. The package ended up being 2 days late so I had to reschedule the installation, and when I received it only half of my order was contained in the package.
I attempted to call the support number multiple times with no answer and no callback, and emailed the support online multiple times with photos of the package only containing 1 item that I ordered, when I had ordered 2 different types of vinyl.
Their support staff told me to check the package again, and never responded after I sent them photos of the order and what came in the package.
1 week later and I am still waiting to hear back from anyone, no word on the other half of my order and I'm going to have to order the same vinyl from another vendor in order to proceed with the installation for my customer, which has already been rescheduled twice because of all this chaos.
We will never be ordering from rvinyl again, and I would recommend anyone else to go with Fellers or Grimco instead. They are on-time with shipments and updated tracking info, and have support staff who will answer back promptly and get you the orders you paid money for.
This business is a scam. DO NOT order product from them. Their website descriptions do not match the product received. I ordered a dash kit, did not even come close to fitting my vehicles dash. Looked super tacky when applied over factory trim, which they encourage you to do in their videos. Don't even think they will refund your money. Poor customer service will give you every excuese in tbe book and basically blame it all on you.
Rvinyl doesn't even deserve one star! I placed two orders within an hour or less. I received the second order but the first order hasn't even been received by the carrier. Was it even sent? Rvinyl is refusing to resend or refund my order. They have horrible customer service and told me they have 30 days before the carrier will give them a refund before they'll issue my refund! I personally have several online businesses and I would never dream of making my customers wait for a replacement or refund. Why would anyone make the customer suffer when it is clearly no fault of their own? Rvinyl is an absolute joke and I will never order from these crooks again!

I ordered a carbon fiber dash kit for my 2008 infiniti g35x and they gave me a dash kit for the "S" model even though on the website it said "g35x" models. I showed her pictures of how literally the "easy slap-on cutouts" were so off! But she just kept responding with "I'm sorry but our review team has made their decision", like dumbass you guys cut it out wrong and don't do anything about it? Reading these other reviews just goes to show how $#*!-lead this company is, if you're looking to buy anything from this site, just please don't do it. It'll be for the best.
Horrible experience. I ordered two wraps one in a zeebrano wood finish for my cabinets and another in a bright orange for the appliances. Neither product matched the photos on the website. The Zeebranowood was super glossy to the point it looked mirror like and you couldn't even see the woodgrain. The orange was neon in color like a traffic cone not the bright orange I had envisioned for the appliances. They refused to take either product back. The zeebranowood product was additionally faulty as it was super thin tore easily hard to install and overall looked cheap - Bottom line is spent over three hundred on these products that I cannot use and they refuse to take it back - they have a no refund policy so BUYER beware! I would say unless you are shopping in person dont buy from them because what you see on the internet browser and what actually arrives are two entirely different things.
It's says ppf kits full hood,$360 so I ordered it, got it almost 2 weeks later. Get ready to install n it is half hood? What the $#*! is this? I sent them a message the lady says it's non refundable. Can u believe that. U guys $#*!ed up the order n tell me it's non refundable. I will say this. I have lots of big business people where ur at."u should really think hard about screwing me out of $360. Because I will spend more just to make a example. Out
I paid almost $50 for smoked lens tint for my 2005 Toyota Solara. This product was crap! Didn't even fit my headlights. Was too small on both the headlight and fog light. Great product if you have a perfectly Square window or headlight otherwise expect a lot of wrinkles
Just need to reiterate worst product ever. I want a refund. This product should not be sold. Poor quality difficult to use. Wish i would have seen the poor reviews before i purchased it.
Answer: I shopped with the company for over a decade before this issue. I would not have said so in the past, but recent online reviews suggest that the company is knowingly sending damaged products out.
Answer: I say find someplace local you can go to. Don't purchase vinyl on line seeing its going to be difficult to return if you need to. They will say anything to prevent from paying you.
