Sent the wrong items and cheap tint at that. Made my pay to return the wrong items sent and refused to refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Worst tint shop we have ever dealt with

Came with kinks already in the film but based on other reviews about horrible customer service I tried to work with it. Didnt shrink well and chiped edge when trying to cut with a brand new razor blade. I ordered for two side windows and the windshield, after wasting enough tint for three windows on one I gave up and went to try to return the tint for the windshield just to find out you can't return vinyl or films, and whatever they do take back they give a store credit instead of refunds. I wonder why...

No customer support would not do anything about damaged product do not buy do not buy!

I purchased a headlight protector kit from aravano it's from Arvin O check a week later and it showed it was already delivered. I contacted company to let them know I never received product. I said it showed delivered tough $#*! avoid this $#*!ing company.

I'm a paying customer so this review is legit order #******* I ordered what was supposed to be car pillar post these people sent me stickers. Put stickers on the outside of their car so when it rains that they peel off. I ask for a refund they said no refund store credit. What good would store credit do for me it you don't have what I need, I'm so pi. Ed off because, I work hard for my money. This company doesn't value the customer. Remember this is nothing but sticker

I purchased a custom dash kit from our Rvinyl. Their claim is that it is specifically designed for the year make and model of my vehicle. After waiting 17 days to receive the product, I installed the first two pieces. The first piece I would rate as a 6 of 10 in terms of custom fit. The second piece I would rate a 1 of 10.
I attempted to contact them several times over the phone, through email, and online. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to connect with online chat. After sharing pictures of how poorly the items fit, the customer service person informed me that their CEO and in-house expert said, "that is how they are supposed to fit".
I respectfully explained that is not the quality standard that they claim, and that it doesn't meet my expectations for a quality standard. I had requested an RMA for a return and refund and was told that they only accept returns of new, unopened and unused items and then they will only provide a store credit. Clearly, it is impossible to know how poor the quality and fit is until it's been opened and installed.
When I was told I had no other options to escalate my concern, I made a follow up phone call in hopes of a different option and was able to reach the same online support person.
I asked him if I could escalate the issue to the CEO Philip Krynsky. The support person laughed out loud at my question.
I have escalated to a dispute with my credit card company.
All that said, I see why the reviews and ratings for this inferior business are so low.

Incompetent company. Never received order. ZERO real customer service. Zero accountabilty. Caveat Emptor

THE TINT WILL RIP ON YOU WHEN TEARING OFF THE BACK LINER AND IT CREASES EASILY. HORRIBLE CHEAP TINT. DON`T BUY IT.

I ordered a clear bumper cover for my HD truck. What I received was for a small car. When I messaged them, they had me send them a picture. They agreed it was the wrong product but then said they don't make a cover for the Laramie sub model. Their website doesn't say that even today and my receipt says it is for my truck. Then they told me the don't do returns or exchanges for precut materials. So in other words, they can ship me a roll of garbage and keep my money.

Only received 2 out of 3 things I ordered. It's been over two weeks now and still haven't gotten anything resolved. There is no number to call only an email address or online chat which forwards to their email. No actual person to talk to resolve things quickly. I will NEVER order from Rvinyl again!

Ordered pre-cut kit form Rvinyl they sent the wrong kit, they re-sent kit 10 days later, same kit, Did not fit again. I asked for a refund, they said no refund store credit, I said you don't have what I need. They then replied this is the kit you ordered, and it is different than your car... I sent the my exact car... Horrible company to deal with

I ordered a custom dashkit. They had two options available for my vehicle. Within each option they have a list of colors to choose from. I chose my dash kit and picked my color. However when I received my order, the color was completely off. I contacted support through the messaging option on their website only to be told resolutions are different on every computer or device and I had received the correct color. Yes I understand the whole resolution thing. However there is no possible way this was a resolution error. I ordered what they had listed as pink gloss. You can see the color that they had listed on their website as pink gloss. (2) I received a dark pink almost reddish color. (1) It's displayed as well in my photo. I told them there's no way I received the correct color and if that was in fact ppink gloss then their website was false advertising. They responded with, we apologize you feel this way but you received what you ordered. There's nothing we can do. This company is legit taking people's money and sending out whatever they feel like sending out.

$#*!ty products that aren't whats described on the website. Products take forever to ship arrive damaged. Product quality is terrible, wraps dont stick and their laser cuts are way off. Customer service is terrible, you complain (and show proof) of terrible products and they throw a gift card ill never use at me. Run. The pic i attached is only a tiny example of whats happening to my whole car.

Read their return policy BEFORE you order. They only issue store credit which I assure you, you wouldn't want to use after seeing their products quality. Like someone else said here, not even close to the shapes of my cars trims. Also there's no manual of what piece goes where. Perfect way to waste $100…

Ordered pre cut tint for my GTI over a week ago. Delivery date says the 21st but, when looking up the tracking numbers, it just says label created. This morning I decided to look up reviews on this company and now I feel I've been scammed like many on here. No refund? No problem, have you ever heard of a "CHARGE BACK" before? It's easy. Contact bank of the credit card, and submit a charge back to get your money back. No hassles with this company refusing refunds with bs excuses. If I paid for a product that didn't fit or, did not come, that's a form of misleading fraud according to most credit card banks, and they will credit your account back. If this company keeps doing business this way, then, they will loose their PSI certification, which means they won't be able to process credit card payments any more! I'll update soon...

Horrible customer service. They don't want to own up to the cheap products they sell. Read the reviews stay away! I bought a $20 trim that was so much better than the expensive flimsy stuff they sell. They won't refund you and blame your issues on you, the user.

Ordered a roll of camouflage wrap. Called to verify. Was told that the order will ship next day and to wait 7-10 days. After 10 days I emailed for un update, they do not contact you, you have to be on top of it, and got a reply stating that they are out but can send me a green camouflage wrap instead. Like my customer won't mind. I requested that they would figure it out and get back to me ASAP. Also on their site as of this date it still shows in stock and ready to ship. They said they would update the site but a week late it's still showing available. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
