Shipping was fast and products arrived as expected, however I had some billing issues that took a bit longer to get resolved, but once communication started, it was a pleasure getting support from Daniel. Great company that takes care of their customers.
The customer service in impressive, they know what they are talking about. Everyone is trying to sell you the easy stuff, but these guys go above and beyond. Fast shipping. The box was thrashed during shipping/delivery. That's not Midifys fault but the box was very poorly packed and secured. Coils were not on the struts even though I clearly requested the service. I'll just have to do it my self. Not a huge deal just adds a little complexity to my project. Probably won't recommend or purchase from Midify again. There's too many retailers out there to worry about this kind of stuff.

We’re really sorry about how everything arrived — we know how frustrating that is. FedEx did a repack in transit, and that’s when the box was damaged. While it happened on their side, we completely understand the inconvenience it caused you, and we truly apologize.
Regarding the coils: it looks like the order came into our system without the assembly option selected, which is why they weren’t installed on the struts before shipping. We’re really sorry for the confusion there — we know that adds extra steps to your project.

Came to see what I could do to improve my Tacoma. Started with needing new CV axles and Swaybar links. But why not make some improvements while you're already there. Ended up with the exact kit I wanted and nothing I didn't need. I was lucky to get Samantha to patiently walk me through the process and understand the products I needed / wanted.

Hello. I've had multiple calls and a few emails on trying to figure out where or when the 6112 front coilovers will arrive. No answers yet. I tried to offer a solution and pay the difference for the upgrade but the first person I spoke to gave me a retail cost for the upgrade. I understand but was hoping you could make a compromise and free a fair discount to step up to the next level suspension. At least for the back ordered parts. The second call I made they said they will get it handled, I never heard back. With no solution in sight of the easiest way to handle this is to return all the product and start over with a different vendor I guess that's the next step, unfortunately. Keep in mind this was an order from November. Please help me find a solution

I have waited over 2 months to receive incorrect products that are missing components and are not assembled. Initially, they did not even send the front suspension components and never provided anyupdate. I had to reach out to them after a month for an answer so they could resend the order which they screwed up. After reaching out and being told, I would be sent a return label to correct their mistakes, never received a return label nor call back after having attempted. I attempted calling and emailing multiple times with no reaponse from anyone in customer service. If you value your time and not being jerked around when spending over $5000, then choose another company. My experience has been a nightmare and it's still in unresolved.

I was speaking to Luis for a while to get the best product for what I wanted and he was quick to reply with helpful information. Upon my order I got delivered an item that was incorrect, which I let them know and they swiftly assisted me. They solved the problem by ordering the part I needed the day after I made a comment. They helped with return info as well. Overall, good experience. Thank you.

It was easy to select the beast option for my ride based on what I would need. No guessing on what kind of load weight you need to pick. Ok price and received what I ordered but never received tracking and the floor mats I ordered just kind of showed up on my porch one day. It was a nice surprise the day they arrived but had a few days wondering what was going on.
