Everywhere else I was looking at was up to 3 weeks for shipping. I received my shocks in 3 days. And they were exactly what I ordered.

What is the torque specs on the hex bolts attached to the bushing after settings? Installation instructions
Very horrible place to buy parts for your vehicle. I ordered 2 rear shocks, after 10 days I still have not received my tracking information. I called almost everyday psd and customer service always tells me that they will sent it to me in the afternoon but they didn't. I remember the name of the customer service rep. (Samantha) and it's always her whom I spoke to every time I called. Promised to send it to me or call me back but nothing. They should be thankful I gave them 1 star.

FedEx messed up my package and the representative at Mudify quickly got the process started to get replacement parts on the way.

I placed my order, and whether by my mistake or the website, my 6112s came unassembled. I did reach out immediately after my order through email and chat about the setting I wanted them at because there wasn't an option at check out. But they came unassembled anyway. I reached out again through the phone number this time and they sent me a prepaid shipping label, assembled the shocks to my specifications and shipping them back to me all within about 10 days. I was fairly frustrated and likely rude in the process. Had I known that they would've 100% made the situation right, I perhaps would've had a better attitude. I owe them an apology, my gratitude and my loyalty. This is also to state that they beat pricing from everyone including the guys with deals on the Tacoma forums. If I need something in the future, I will be shopping with Mudify. Customer service and pricing is on point!

The DV8 bumper is a solid addition to the truck. The installation instructions were a bit unclear at times, but we managed to get it sorted out.

Poor inventory control: item was shown available online but it was actually not available, found out after the order was placed.
Ordered a Lift Kit and had a problem with a shipment sitting and Contacted by email and got a fast response and reshipped the lost shipment and I was in business. I would use Mudify again because of the Customer Service alone..

Talked to them a couple of times to ensure I was getting the right coil springs which were hard to find for my Lexus GX470 no lift application. Shipping was timely and it was an excellent transaction. I would use them again.

I am completely frustrated with every step of the warranty process. Mudify notified me that it was over a year and Bilstein will not cover a 6112 strut that had separated and leaked all of its fluid (I have never been off-road). I contacted Mudify 6 weeks ago to let them know the issue. After a few weeks they shipped me a 5100 rear shock (what am I suppose to do with this? I need a front strut). I notified them twice before they shipped it that I didn't need it but they shipped it anyway. After I received it I informed them again that I needed a front 6112 strut not a 5100 rear shock. I was then told that I didn't buy the strut from them. I had to send the invoice to them again and was told that they looked at the wrong invoice. I was then told that Bilstein stated they are looking into it since the strut was put together (put together by Mudify) and it may not be covered. Today I find out that it will not be covered since it was over a year since I bought them and they are only covered for 12 months. Why does Bilstein's website states Limited Lifetime Warranty for this particular strut? Bilstein has resolved this issue.
Like most others, I received my packages in different shipments over a span of a few weeks. Yesterday I had the opportunity to take it to have it installed. I purchased the 2.5" kit with medium springs due to me adding a bumper, winch, lights, and roof rack (as stated in the purchase area). The front came out as I expected raising it approximately 2.25-2.5 inches. The back was actually raised 3-3/8 to 3-1/2" using the recommended springs (296). The rake is really bad. I do not recommend this combination. I weigh 250 pounds and stood on the back and it dropped 1/2 inch. I know it is only 1-1/2" higher than expected but now I have to go back and get it fixed.
Knowledgeable help and friendly service, each part arrived at a reasonable time, keeping my project on task. Thank you, I will continue to Mudify

Based on your email I received all the items but one item was not sent yet due to availability and that was the Dobinsons front springs C59-244. I had the worst Customer service at first because no one seems to know what they are doing but thanks to Miguel Villarino who turned things around and made it a positive one. I will be waiting for the item that wasn't shipped yet

The customer was extremely satisfied with the drop down kit. Paired with fully adjustable upper control arms, adjustable ball joint and a 3" lift.
