Probably the best customer service I've had buying aftermarket suspension parts. As a long time Toyota owner I've bought lots of suspension parts over the years to modify vehicles for off roading. Miguel was really helpful and I got a discount for having a CDL which is great!

Mudify claimed 3-5day shipping, this was/is a lie. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting on a leaf spring. Everything came scattered, and FedEx was a nightmare. I had to Email, call and text for days to get a response from mudify. I will NEVER purchase form them again. If it had been one issue then fine but I literally had to fuss these people out to even get a response. I normally don't leave a bad review but my experience here was just awful and if I can save someone the headache and stress I went through then great. I really hope mudify gets it together and starts treating customers as such and has the decency to respond in a timely manner. I spent a lot of money on their website and they act like I bought a bushing kit or something. Mudify, do better!

While i recieved half my order promptly, it has been.over 2 weeks and i have no shipping confirmation on my front shock assemballys, and i am unable to complete install without these parts. Edit: Mudify reached out w part shipping # and apology, provided discount code, and communicated very well. Thanks!

Grateful that I was able to fully adjust what I needed and what I didn't with my ordering experience. Stuff shipped timely and was assembled well. The package did show up slightly damaged and worse for wear, but with a couple hundred clip staples it held together for the most part. Vendor may consider filling the void in the rest of the box surrounding the front shock/spring combos with a stiffer and larger material to aid in box longevity during shipping (from Mudify to Oregon on my part).

Fronts were initially shipped unassembled (asked for assembled). Problem was quickly resolved. Rear shocks are missing parts and now waiting on OME to solve the problem. Disgusted

The front shock and spring came assembled but the preload was set way too high. I ended up having to pull the suspension back off and lower the preload collars.

Everything is good, but I wasn't expecting to have to buy new upper control arms for the front, since I couldn't achieve OEM caster settings after getting an alignment. I am now purchasing new Icon control arms to get the vehicle back in spec. Kind of wish I would have know that to begin with. I would have purchase a more OEM shock and coils set, passing on the 2"+ lift that was achieved. It does look good, but it comes at a cost that I wasn't expecting. Hoping to be done for a while after the upper control arms are installed.

Easy to navigate website. Expert build of my Bilstein 6112 front shocks. Very happy with the Bilstein UCAs. The Old Man EMU Heavy rear springs pair excellently with the Bilstein 5160 shocks. Rear diff kit worked very well.

Upon ordering the next day I was contacted by Eddie. He discussed my needs, plans and what I wanted from my lift kit. After that he was able to guide me to a better suited setup for my needs. I decided to buy primarily because they were offering FREE ASSEMBLY. That's about $200 in savings, then I discovered they offer a veterans discount, that was a simple choice. Then when I had the customer service call that solidified my choice. To be honest the initial call was to deliver bad news, he received the incorrect item from a vendor and this would delay shipping. But as I said after a brief discussion I had selected an incorrect item for my needs. He said they had those in stock and I would be refunded the difference. Within 24 hours I received shipping notification. Unheard of in today's online shopping world. Any future needs I or my friends have they have earned a lifetime customer with me.

Ordered the bundle and had most parts that week. They assembled the front struts for me as well! I had 1 small hickup but customer service handled it fast! I will definitely order with them again!
