Mudify processed and shipped my springs order hella fast! I was expecting longer because it came all the way from Florida to Cali, but got them only 3 days after they shipped. I bought a lift kit for my 4th gen 4Runner two weeks before I needed it. I received all of the rear parts quickly. A few days later I got no updates on my front assembly. I spent a week contacting them getting the same run around bs. Didn't ship till 12 days after ordering. When I received the fronts, they were set to the wrong height and I paid $190 to have them properly assembled. Do not buy from them what so ever under any circumstances.

BAD experience never again. Lift kits took a while to get delivery.
Front Coil over was not set at requested height. I asked them if they have instruction or manual that I can use. And their Response was a plain "no". Wth
They Refunded $100 thinking that we are good but never respected the time and inconvenience they made.

I ordered a lift kit on November 27th, with a delivery date of December 2nd. When i ordered this lift i spoke to a salesman on the phone and he told me it would be in by the 3rd or 4th at the latest since my air suspension went out I'm down a vehicle. They decided to ship the lift in 4 different boxes. I received 1 on the 3rd other on the 4th. It's currently December 9th and one of my boxes is still sitting at the warehouse and hasn't even been shipped after i talked to them on the 5th of December and told me the package would be here by December 9th. Here is the 9th and hasn't shipped yet. 1st and last time I will do business with mudify. Customer service has been very polite and good to talk too but whoever is in charge isn't handling their business. I don't recommend ordering anything from them if you need something i. A timely manner. Parts hasn't shipped as of the time I'm typing review. I also asked if they can next day ship and i was told i would have to pay out of my pocket for next day shipping when it has sat for 4 days in the warehouse. And no it's not shipping, it's their delay to get the products out of the warehouse.

Quality product. OME is top notch. Fast shipping with no delays. Shipping fairly heavy U bolts in small cardboard container without any additional wrapping padding was not ideal. Box was torn open at one end and probably would not have made it another day.

This is not a product review, but rather my experience would modify. It was my first order and so far so good! They seem to have a better handle on drop shipping than most other off-road part retailers. I'll buy more parts from them in the future.
