This is regular window tint that is pre-cut. You have to heat it bend it around tail light and headlight curves which is extremely difficult if you're not a professional. Next to impossible for the typical person. Although they claim anyone can do it with their basic instructions of putting tint on. Their excuses it was improperly installed and Refuse to give anything but in store credit. Terrible company with false advertising.

Paid top dollar for an engineer to tell me my 2015 Dash kit would be super simple two weeks later I received a refund with no phone call I had bought on our vinyl dash kit prior to this and was very weary of ordering another one because it's just a flimsy sticker that falls off after a couple of weeks don't waste your money and buy this flimsy horrible material I don't even think it's 3 AM Chinese grade film What a joke call the company and was called dude and bro 100 times won't trust my business with them any more buyers beware

Purchased pre cut tints from Rvinyl and wish I would have seen theses reviews before ordering them... of course on their website all the reviews are great, but low and behold the way they pack window tints is insane? A soft cardboard box that can easily be punctured or dented with the tints rolled up inside of a thin plastic liner? Why are they not shipping tints in a hard cardboard tube like every other company? After waiting over a week for a response from "lain yetman" this man sends me an email saying im going to call you in ten minutes?! Too bad I was working a double and couldnt answer. And havent heard from him since. Their management is a JOKE. STAY AWAY FROM RVINYL! THIEVES!

EiN did not follow through. I was asked to write the review and once I wrote the review he would refund my money I received an email from his companies stating that they had requested a refund I never received a refund... this has been 2 weeks my husband called the company spoke with Ian and he stated that now I have to request something through my credit card company. I called him back and I told him that he lied to me in a very calm voice once I said that this man went off the rector scale. He started hollering screaming at me this company sucks I understand why their reviews are 0 which I should have read before my husband order this garbage. Ian said that the company never received the order back. I have never in my life dealt with a company so very unprofessional and on top of that they lie they will answer the phone... tell you what you want to hear then they ask you to do what they need you to do when they're in is not held up and you call them back then you get treated tllike pure the criminal and i are I hope they never sell another item EVER. I will repost this review everyday till I get my money back... it's up to them

I purchased a wrap on May 23 received tracking # on 26th. Over a week passed with the product never leaving Brooklyn, NY
Usps said label created awaiting item. After multiples emails to Muriel S she finally gave me Lane the general manager's # on 6/3. He said he would ship another. 2 days later package he was suppose to ship hadn't moved from NY. Called again to see what is going on and get a refund since the product never left the building. I was hung up in twice, yelled at and told I was being rude for asking for the owner of the company's name & contact. They wouldn't give me the name just hung up on me.
The will not give a refund so I contacted my credit card company. I would never recommend thos company. They are poorly run and have no customer service skills. Very unethical. Wish I add seen these review before purchasing.

I had purchased a 3M product for my bumper. I had it professionally installed by a the local Nisan Dealer who installs for their new cars. The product was too short, and when they tried to adjust or stretch it, it tore (photos included). It took many phone calls from Nissan to RVinyl, but finally they sent out a new one. Same problem! Nissan cut one and it worked without any issues. I called RVinal for a refund and was told by the warehouse manager that I would get one, just call back at a certain time. I called back at that time for almost two weeks, and finally another person answered. She told me it was impossible for it to be cut too short; it was cut for that VIN number. Well the hood piece worked, so obviously it wasn't a problem with the VIN, but with the cut. I was told that I would not get a refund.

RVinyl got me good! This is bull$#*! product that does not fit as advertised!
Like everyone else, I should've looked for and read these reviews FIRST! I only read the reviews after waiting over a week for tracking number to show up. When the vinyl headlight pieces finally arrived, I could tell from taking them out of the box that they would not work. My order was for a 2019 F-350 Super Duty truck. The headlights are huge. The vinyl pieces barely covered two thirds of the lenses.
Thank goodness it was only a $39 order and not pieces for body panels. What a waste of my time.
RVinyl is a scam of a company! Please read these reviews and believe them. Order at your own risk! There are many other companies with much better customer reviews to order from. Don't get screwed like the rest of us did!

ABSOLUTE JUNK!

If I could give negative stars I would. Was looking for a 3M vinyl in 1080 that was getting scarce and wound up on their site. They want double the normal cost (because it's scarce) but whatever, the customer is willing to pay for it.

Next thing I know I am told "to avoid fraud" I am supposed to send them photo copies of my ID and pictures front and back of my credit card and "permission" to use my card. No way.

I take credit cards every day from my customers and I buy vinyl from a variety of suppliers almost daily and never once have I asked for, or been asked for such a BS thing as to send some company I don't know everything they would need to go run amok with my credit card.

IMHO I would avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other reliable suppliers out there.
