Ordered the Husky Weather beater floor mats. Used the chat feature to ask if there was a veterans discount. The chat feature kept resetting and I had to start the process over several times but we finally got there

Great customer service. Prompt delivers. Great product except a little slippery when wet. I think this will go away as the mats get a little wear on them. Love the fit and quality.

For the 2nd time in a week, I was shipped the wrong product. I ordered the American flag tail gate and twice I was sent the same cloth type netting. I paid over $100 and they send me this $30 net. Staff is friendly but too much hold time also.

Received my Bakflip MX4 for my 2025 GMC Sierra Elevation and installed it. Looks great! The installation instruction card included had a QR code for the Ford F-150, so I had to search for the instructions for the GMC. I guess I am old-fashioned, but it would have been nice to get a booklet on how to install.

I purchased a Revolver X4TS for my new Maverick Tremor. The top had a very slight fitment issue. I called support for a recommendation on how to best resolve the problem and they were quick to say it was a minor manufacturing issue and they would immediately send out a replacement top. The replacement top was not what I asked for or expected, but it seems like a very professional response to the problem.

I purchased a product that unfortunately didn't fit but I got Great quick help and now I will be a customer for life!
