The product I chose didn't not receive high customer ratings 4 or more stars, but I'm also comfortable with the research I performed from other customer site reviews. I would suggest Realtruck responding to customer reviews that we're not satisfied with sales, support and customer service.

Fast free shipping and excellent communication. I originally contacted customer service and asked about a discount coupon. Within 24 hours they sent me a discount and immediately got my order coming. My wife and I install the cover in about 30 minutes and it looks great on our 2023 ram 1500. The original quality appears to be very good. I will follow up later with a 6month review. Glad to have an American made product with what sounds like great customer service. Thanks
Installation rails, hardware and design is very well conceived. I have had other brands of poor design. 5 year warranty speaks volumes of the confidence they have.

I ordered a cover that was a quick ship but did not ship out. I called to ask when and they said I needed to wait for a response up to 3 days and I did still nothing. I called again and they said I needed to talk to shipping. After waiting on the phone for 30 minutes they said to wait for a response but still nothing eta. I canceled order since it has been so long and no word. I have been waiting for several days so far refund.

Ordering was very confusing and took too long. Agent called after more than a week of waiting for my cover to arrive. Agent explained that the model number I indicated was not correct. Asked me to call again once I was home and could visually see the number stamped on the inside of my old cover. I repeated the number, which was the exact number I gave on my order. After another week of waiting the agent called and explained they found the issue and would be sending my order. I had to wait another week to receive it. In total 3 weeks I waited.
Painless! Starting with website - looking at all product and pricing. Had a little hiccup on the site when ordering (would not go past bed organizer section). Got on the phone left information and within minutes a representative called. Order placed and shipped out the same day (That's customer service) This cover is a replacement to the original installed 2018 that has survived PA-Arizona-Florida climates. It didn't survive the tree branch from my neighbors tree.
