It took over days to finally get tonneau covers ordered. Could not be done on the website. Had to be ordered through a customer service representative. Even though had the right item numbers. Left messages and never received call back. Tried waiting on hold but was hung up on
I been having trouble finding a bed cover that would fit my truck. I finally called the experts to verify fitment on a product. The rep promised to call me back once he verified the fit and he did. It came very fast and while I have not assembled it yet the metal roll up cover is packaged well and I see no dents or dings. Total price with free shipping was 1,700 so you can imagine my concern about appearance and fitment. Oh I have a 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel without the ram boxes but the adjustable tie down rails in the bed. I will let you know if it fits. But very happy with Real Truck customer service.

Great they knocked a hundred dollars off before I could call them back to cancel the order due to several scratches on thenew truck they shipped it the same day I ordered it I called them back they said they understood my situation a d when the box cover arrived they would provide me with a return label I am so grateful for all they have done

Purchased a new wiring harness to replace the original one I purchased AMP Steps in 2014 for my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD LTZ Crew Cab 4 wheel drive pickup. The old power controller shorted out and burnt the circuit that feeds the driver side steps. I purchased a new replacement power controller first and it worked fine only for a couple of weeks. Called RealTruck and discussed my situation and they recommended for me to replace the wiring harness. They found one in stock and I received it 3 days later.

Overall I would recommend using Real Truck Customer Service for any dealings with the company because of their service reps.
I ordered the correct Real truck TriFecta but I wanted the 2.0 and not the ALX series The updated version is much more difficult to install and I've had a TriFecta 2.0 for 10 years and their much easier to install and I've had no issues whatsoever! About a week ago I responded to a marking post saying enter your email to receive a promo code for 100 dollars off your purchase of 1000 or more. I. Never received a promo code so I called yesterday to see why I didn't receive it yet. The person I spoke to was very helpful and entered the order for me, with my apparent misunderstandings that I was getting the 100 dollars. When I received the invoice I called and emailed to cancel the order since a competitor has what I want 100 dollars less. Through errors in your procedures the order was not canceled and now on its way to me which means I will need to ship it back.
I ordered wheel liners from another website, RealTruck/Husky was supposed to drop ship them. 2 months later, they had not shipped despite having them in stock. They advised me to cancel with that other company and buy direct through them, at a higher price of course. They are stealing other companies customers and not standing by their agreements with other vendors. That sucks.
I ordered a part on 12 Mar 2025. The sales person said 4-6 week delivery time. I agreed. At five weeks I contacted them by phone to request an update. The lady was very nice and said she would generate a request and I could expect a reply (email) in 2-3 business days. That time cane and went with no response. At 7 weeks I contacted them again and when the asked for my information and the type of truck, she said we have a problem because you said a 2021 and our records show a 2019. She said let me check with my supervisor. When she came back she said the best route to take was to cancel this order and get transferred to the sales department. When I was transferred, the sales rep said oh, well the part number isn't different between the two years. Then she said, oh, sorry, your order was cancelled and we need to reorder the part now. If I didn't need the part so bad I would've just passed on everything. I thought Real Truck was supposed to be a reputable company but I'm thinking this will be the last time I order from them. Oh, and the new order will be 4-6 weeks, again!
