I was looking at the reviews of tonneau covers for my truck. I had pretty much settled on one, I was reading a customer review and they said they needed to get the seal for the tailgate.
I opened a chat and Victor responded. I explained why I opened the chat and was overwhelmed by the choices for slide top covers.
He explained about the seal and started to help me narrow down the covers. I settled on one and he explained it was a good choice and if I was interested I could save a couple of dollars if I selected the same cover by the Parent company of the one I selected. Done!
Long story short, 3 days after buying the cover it was delivered.

Ordered with a person, had all the proper info, then checked tracking of product and noticed that it was being shipped to another state, go figure...
I took my cover to be installed. There where parts missing. You would think for 800.00 all the parts would have been in the box.

Received a box that looks as if it has gone thru world war 3, inside this beautifully damaged box was a rim that i would use for a core instead of a product that should be new and perfect. Called in a shipping product issue and was told, "it will take 4-5 days before the vendor will get back with you" after sending in pictures of the box and rim after removing from it, that were damaged. Now i have to wait to deliver a customers vehicle due to not having a rim, and having to explain to customer why they cant have their vehicle back
Web site states the tonneau cover I wanted was in stock, so I ordered it. Order was pending for several days, so I got on the website and opted to text/chat. Rep said my cover was at least 40 days out for manufacturing then add shipping. I tried to call at the website phone number and was on hold for over an hour. Seriously?. So I opted to cancel my order. Now my even my cancelation has been pending for a few days. Is there anybody there?
After learning there was no ETA for my cover, support offered to cancel my order and order me an in-stock cover. I paid full price again. I was told I need to wait to get a call or email before refund of the original would be granted. I was a little put-off that the transactions were not completed on the call. I am waiting for someone to call back without a time frame. But they handled the new order great.
Great experience The gentleman on the phone answered all my questions with no problem made the process so easy told me if I had any problems call a certain number and they'll be more than happy to help with insulation fast and easy to order no pressure to buy anything else but what I Was looking for
