Called on Friday, had steps on Monday! Super easy and super fast. Steps showed with a minor ding but didn't want to have to worry about sending it back and getting a new one. Just touched up with some paint. Look great though.

I ordered wheels for a specific vehicle and when test fitting a wheel they didn't clear the calipers. I called they we very prompt on getting them returned and then transferred me to a specialist that helped me pick out a different set of wheels that would work. Not to mention super fast shipping!

Bought one didnt even come close to fitting for a standard ford pick up truck bought another one they called 5 times about a $#*!ing standard seat cover and asked what they wood do if this happened to u so mad i $#*!ing hung up pissed right now for writing about it again the $#*!ing sixth time!

I ordered a hitch on Oct 8th. The site said I would receive it around the 18th. On the 20th my order still said "pending" I reached out asking for an update. All I get was an email saying the issue has been solved. I message again on the 21st through their live chat asking for an update. That's when I was told the hitch is on back order and the earliest I might receive it is Dec 29! They processed my payment within 24 hours and never told me they didn't have the hitch in stocks. They just figured I'd spend all that money just to forget about I guess. Now I'm going through the refund process and that can take a week before they get back to me. Dont deal with this site! They just jerk you around!
