RealTruck used to be a great company, I bought often. Now, my experience reflects other bad reviews. Was told a top "was in stock and would ship Monday". It's now Thursday, no top, no shipping number, and no response to my request for information

Spent about 1.5 hours trying to order my truck bed cover. After chatting with 3 different people on the chat line still could not confirm a order. The next morning I found out 2 bed covers were processed. Took a call to speak with a company representative to straighten out my order.
I can't rate the product(s) yet, as I haven't received them. If they do indeed fit my vehicle then I'll be quite happy. If they don't... well you get the picture.

I'm disappointed that the parts I invested in years ago are now obsolete in the sense that parts are not available. The fact that they don't have a retrofit motor is not understandable. These steps are expensive and to have to replace them because something as simple as the motor is not available!

I inquired about a product that I was informed was back in stock but when I went to order it, it was already out of stock again. I started a chat with one representative and he told me that I could enter my email address and then be notified when it's available again. Then I started another chat with a fellow named Matt C and he actually put some effort into helping me and asked me to give him a few minutes to look into it and when he came back he said that he located the item with one of his vendors and asked if I was ready to make the purchase. I said absolutely and he set up payment for me which I did and within moments I had confirmation f my order. That was last evening and by this morning I got confirmation that my item shipped. This happened all because of the diligence of the representative, Matt C and I thank him for his time and effort especially because after my experience with the first representative I could have easily given up.
I ordered the wrong floor mats. I called in the next day. Explained the situation to your rep, and was told the easiest thing to do would be to cancel the current order and submit a new on. So she said she cancelled my order, and then transferred me to the sales team to order the correct mats. Now I'm stuck with both orders.

Ordered a Bedrug for my 2006 Jeep LJ. Was told that the lead time was 2-3 business days with inventory in-stock at the warehouse. With no follow up, a week later I called. Now being told it will be 3-4 weeks. Still no real tracking provided. No idea of the actual timeline. May cancel in a couple of weeks if not update is given, and go with another vendor.

I was told the floor mats were better than another brand, but they are... in fit nor perceived quality. Rather than return them though we've decided the reduced cost makes them acceptable. Unfortunately the mud flaps don't fit so they will be returned.

Shopping by phone was very satisfying. Can not tell you about the product yet, haven't installed or checked for leaks. The last product (Bakflip) that I purchased from you I have had nothing but trouble with. The plastic corner pieces leak badly and have broken twice. I won't buy a bakflip again unless changes are performed on the product.
