Shopping and the help I received was spot on. Checkout was a breeze. When searching for item's keep in mind that the product viewing may not have "Real Truck" as the seller. Case-in-point, I was looking on Husky website and didn't find out till I called in for assistance. But no big deal also. Got the info needed to complete the purchase.
My only Ding is that I didn't receive a delivery notice. My order sat outside for many hours in the pouring rain! Lucky that my order didn't matter that it was soaking wet.

No paper instructions in the box

No paper instructions in the box. When putting the strap lock together and removed the tape there were a lot of metal shaving that were not removed because of this had to extra cation not to scratch the panels when installing. Other than that looks good and seems sturdy. Hopefully it will last. Don't want to buy to many of them at $1200 a pop.

I ordered a small part for my bedcover that I had broken. Unfortunately the part that arrived had manufacturing defects and was unsightly, so I called them back. A replacement for the defective part was sent out same-day. They were extremely polite and helpful in both the initial call and the follow-up and had my part (and replacement part) straight out to me.

I was looking for an exact replacement clamp for my truck cover that was NOT the universal. I started chatting with Lindzey J and she found the OEM part and ordered it specially, created and invoice on the spot and ordered. Currently waiting on the item. Great customer service! I hope its the one I need. She said if not I could return it if necessary.

On February 16,2026, my husband & I purchased 4 Truxedo Lo Pro Tonnaeu Covers. We were very satisfied with Sheddrick, in sales. He was knowledgeable, polite & concerned about what we wanted as a customer. One of the covers was for a 1968 Chevy, so that involved a special order, custom made. He emailed us instructions, for measuring our truck bed, for the right fit. During our called we were disconnected & I panicked, thinking "oh no now what do I do". But in a matter of minutes Sheddrick had returned our call. We recieved 3 of our covers in good condition (the custom cover takes about 10-14 days) & are very pleased. I ordered my rail and step system right before an ice storm hit the area so when my order was delayed, it was understandable. However, after many days of federal express telling me it was coming today, but never arriving, I knew there was a problem. I really didn't feel like real truck responded to my problem the way they could have. I was the one constantly calling FedEx to find out where my package was. It arrived about three weeks after I ordered it - it was damaged. So real truck turned around and sent me another package which came fairly quickly. Unfortunately the steps weren't in that package so I opened the original damaged package and the steps weren't in it either. So they had to send me yet another order. I finally got the steps today, approximately one month after I was supposed to receive the initial package. Customer service has been very good about replacing the damaged product and acting quickly when I reported the missing items, but it would've been nice if the items would have been in the package to begin with.

Your staff is amazing. All 3 people i spoke with were CRAZY helpful it the final guy said were out of stock and on back order with that but out sourced it to a dealer you have and got me my product that way. You have EARNED a customer for life and i will refer everyone i know to your business

Called to see when a "temporary unavailable" item would be back in stock and within minutes the sales rep Jacquelyn found a partner that had it in stock and had it drop shipped from that facility. Arrived within 48 hours of working with Jacquelyn!

We got one correct part and one wrong part. I emailed twice about it now and no response to correct the issue. Talking to the sales rep I asked for a regular crew cab nerf bar and we were sent one for a double cab.

The customer service helped, he was very hard to hear. Was not very clear on how long it will take to receive the parts I inquired about. I felt like I was still unsure of the wait time. Also thought the shipping charges were excessive for plastic parts.

The running board is great!

The running board is great! Very solid and we love that it could be attached to the frame.

The drop steps are pretty much useless. Folks in our neck of the woods wear boots, not ballet shoes. In addition, the steps aren't placed in a usuable location and actually make it very difficult to get out of the driver's side if the Four Runner door is in a tight spot and can't be opened al the way.

In short, the steps will be removed and we'll be looking for someting with at least a 6" to 8" drop, a step that sticks out from the truck further, and one that can be placed in a usuable location in relation to the Four Runner drivers and front passenger's doors.
