Like before, the service is great, priced better than competitors, great product and easy to install. My product was available in their warehouse and shipped the same day I called! When I called customer service, I was informed that it would take several business days for them to confirm whether or not the cancellation had been processed. With no updates, I submitted a third request through their online inquiry system, but I still have not received a response, and the status remains "pending cancellation." Therefore, I advise caution when ordering from this company.
Ordered a ARE cap on March 26th and canceled it today July14th 15.5 weeks I paid in full and was told 3 to 5 weeks, my vacation starts July 24th, could never get a date it would be in, at one point 3 weeks ago was told it would be in middle of the week or the end of the week, A Friend of mine knows a person that orderd one the beginning of march and was told it would be in last week never got the call, I was never given the N number that you need to track the order when you call ARE. Dealer told me last week that he finally got a hold of the right people and would have a date in 24 hours, never called, I am tired of calling him.
