RealTruck had a set of Nerf Bars for my truck with a 15% discount but when added to the cart, the discount didn't show up. I called them directly and was told the sale had just ended. After checking with the manager they were able to process the order with the discount applied. Great customer service!
Ordering went well. And I received my order in a timely fashion. The problem was the parts that were sent. The original equipment parts were very sturdy and well made. The parts that were sent were chintzy and would not do their job. Easily resolved with a phone call to the company.

Ordered subject bed cover. Received quickly. Good packaging. Unfortunately, the included rails were the T-Slot rails, for which I did not order, Now waiting for a Return Exchange Reques which will require me repackaging and mailing and then wait for the correct rails to be mailed back. I notice that the ordered AMP Research Power steps have just arrived, quickly, good packaging, etc... does the box include what I really ordered? That would be nice.

Matt was extremely helpful, patient, and personable. I can't say enough about his understanding. The part is pending fulfillment and arrive shortly!
After reviewing my vehicle with the sales rep, I ordered a set of running boards for my 2015 1794 Tundra. I received them and the front end pushes the mud flap forward. Otherwise they are fine.
