The ordering process with the person over the phone was easy and very informative. I ordered it on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. The installation process was fairly easy and I was able to do it solo. So far it has worked as expected.

I had actually ordered a bedliner from Bed Rug, but ended up cancelling that order to order the same product from RealTruck. I got it for the same price. Instead of needing to wait for a month with Bed Rug, Real Truck had it to me within 2 days!

The CC purchase did not go smoothly. RealTruck tossed me over to the CC company. CC company said there was no issues with the purchase. Also, did not get a purchase confirmation by email, as promised. Had to call back the next day to get confirmation sent. Exhausting…..

Called to make sure the wheels I wanted for a 22 Bronco were the right size and offset. Staff on the phone was great. Wheels were in stock and shipped fast.

I ordered a sidestep for my 2020 Dodge Ram and the part did not fit. I left a message with customer service and they called me back about 5 minutes later and correct my problem. They were extremely helpful and gave me some great advice for ordering parts in the future. They also stayed on the phone with me and ordered the correct part. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!
