The product I ordered was not in stock, I'm guessing it came from a 3rd party supplier, I paid in full, I have been in contact since Aug 24 to see if it was shipped and arrival date, finally it says July 28th to Aug 1st is the delivery dates, I have tried to track it to see when it's going to arrive, when I do I get 404, page not found, with all the scams out there I just want to feel I did not throw $855.00 out the window. Just want to have someone at the house if and when it arrives to help unload. I tried again today and get the same 404 page not found. Disappointing and un-nerving to say the least.

I got AWESOME customer service from Reagan, helping me choose the right product for my truck. Was so excited and even paid extra for overnight delivery. Paid on Tuesday. It's now Saturday and have not received confirmation of payment or shipment or anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Canceling my order ASAP!
Gone are the days when you could call in and order a part in 10 minutes. Now you have to fill out a Support Request form with all the info and a picture of what you want. Back and forth the emails go. Not a big fan of that, but I did get my part by FedEx.

I purchased some corner caps for my tonneau cover. I was charged immediately and paid excessive shipping cost on top of that for some plastic clips that don't even weigh an ounce and was charged $10 for shipping. That was a few days ago and it still hasn't shipped. That's not very good customer service. If you ask me. If there's a problem with the shipping you should contact the customer, not make the customer contact you to find out what the hell is going on. Come on. You can do better.
I called and talked to one of your representatives and specifically specifically said I needed it by Friday and was guaranteed that. Yes it would certainly be there by Friday I go and track it. It's not coming until Monday 1000% unacceptable especially after I ask and said I needed it by Friday and was confirmed that. Yes it will definitely be shipped and be here at my house by Friday and now it's not.

Dealer gave story that fabric only was hard ask from manufacturer so gave it 2 months then said hell why not go to source... wondering why I waited. Delivered in 3 days and installed same afternoon
Needed help finding specific wheels to fit my truck and the guy I talked with made sure I got the right size and ones that I liked. He took the time to send me pics of wheels until he found ones that were what I needed and wanted. Great guy and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything.
I was grateful that - when I asked a sales associate on chat - that Real Truck offers discounts to veterans. However, I was a little put out that the process turned my two item order into separate orders and the second order didn't qualify for free shipping. Paying for shipping almost matched the discount. The greater disappointment is that two and a half weeks later I haven't received the bed mat: it's still "pending fulfillment."
