Ordering experience was problem free. A question about fitment was immediately answered by a very accommodating marketing tech. A preprepared order form was sent to me that only required a credit card number and a click! The order was processed and shipped in one day and arrived on time. The product was as advertised and of the highest quality. Installation instructions were clear and simple. Installation took about two hours including clean up and packaging break down. I purchased a new bed cover for my 2026 Chevy 3500 HD. Buying was very easy and it arrived in 3 days. After inspecting I had damage form the shipping and reached out to RealTruck and they immediately had another bed cover on the way. This did take another 3 days to arrive, but was handled very professionally and I am very satisfied with the product I purchased.

Two weeks later I followed up to find out the manufacturer was shut down to move locations and lead time was now ~6 weeks. The sales rep, Matt, eager to assist with my frustration, and professional! Matt was able to get this order cancelled, and worked through quick ship inventory matching a cover to fit my needs. I had my new cover on my doorstep 2 days later! Packaging was amateurish. Delayed due to lack of inventory. Damaged product received. Missing items. Over an hour on the phone with customer service between Real Truck and Back Rack then to continue through email. Terrible experience. Real Truck has ruined Back Rack, sadly.

Grant Pack helped me select the product I needed. He was courteous and professional. I wish all salesmen were as qualified as he was.
We placed an order and the guy did not give us the right part, we noticed it when we got the confirmation. I talked to a lady and also went thru the website to cancel the order. She and the website said it WAS cancelled and we would receive a refund on our CC. Later we received a shipping confirmation and it was shipped, I sent SEVERAL emails to let you know it was cancelled and wanted a refund. They sent an email back and ONLY refunded $10, NOT $50. I want a refund, this is NOT our fault we tried several times and sent emails and even talked to a person and STILL NO REFUND.
I am somewhat disappointed because I ask the rep if the mats come up over the door lip. It doesn't. I'm also very disappointed because the ones I ordered where supposed to be better then the weatherbeater which is 70$ cheaper and they are exactly the same as the xact model.
