Julie provided excellent online chat customer service, answered all my questions, and completed my transaction. At this time I'm waiting for my order to be fulfilled and sent, but if Julie is an example of this company, then I'm very satisfied to date.

We haven't received the product yet. But the customer service was excellent the lady I spoke to was very helpful and even saved us some money with the military discount

Questions were easily answered. Employee was knowledgeable about my needs. If the need arises will do business with Real Truck again.

Sherri was EXTREMELY helpful in answering my Questions with my order and assisting me on completing my order. The Technical staff was just as helpful on questions I had as well. EVERYONE had a good positive attitude and was more than happy to assist me.
I WOULD RECOMMENED REAL TREE TO ANYONE.
