Customer service is a joke. They take your money and don't deliver and don't communicate. Over a month and nothing has shipped and you can't talk to anyone to resolve the matter. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered IONIC step pad replacements and I was very specific that they be 4 PIN. They
Are for 3" round nerf bars. I mentioned that I purchased these bars approx 8 years ago. When they arrived they are 5 PIN and
Totally different then what is on my nerf bars. I need to return these and try and find authentic step pads.

Sunshade fits like a glove and looks good. I am very satisfied with the product

Went looking for a 2025 Rebel with a multi-function tailgate. Many vendors dont offer a tonneau cover that is compatible with the multi-function tailgate which is does to the reinforming brackets at each corner of the tailgate. Any way Real Truck said the BAKFLIP MX4 was compatible. Great so I bought it. As it turned out all they did was take the side rails to a bandsaw and cut off the section of the rail that inferred with the corner brackets. Doing the rails can nolonger drain and it weakened this part of the rails. They left very sharp edges like serrated knife. No filing or painting just raw aluminum. I am completely disappointed with RealTruck and now question all of their products. They completely mislead me into a purchase.

I had a question about different tonneau cover part numbers for my truck. They answered my question quickly and a day later I placed an order. Customer service was great and the tonneau cover shipped/arrived quickly.

Called got through quickly was able to save a little bit of money
