Ordered on the phone directly from company. Was told we would receive it in 3 days. It has been 9 days and we have received no updated shipping or anticipated shipping within the stated timeframe. 2 days ago, talked to another rep, he said shipping info originally given was incorrect. And he would contact us with some fiscount and a new shipping window. Entire transaction has been pathetic! AND they have our money!
