I have ordered my first cover for my Nissan truck which was great. I recommended it to my friends. I had it for like 10 years until it started to fall apart which is understandable. Last week I ordered a new one. I was not impressed at all. Let's start with the fact that the cover was not even packaged properly. The box arrived open and smooshed. Moreover, the black square rubber piece that rests on the rail of the bed looks like a mouse ate a part of it and it looks horrible when I open it up or if you look at the cover from the side. The cherry on the top is that the material that the cover is made of is not really what it used to be. The cover flaps up and down when you are driving which never happened with my old cover. I swore by you guys but unfortunately I am very disappointed and will not buy another cover from you again or recommend you to anyone.

I was unsure about my skills at replacement of my Tonneau cover locking latch.It was a piece of cake. Now i can use my cover again. Custumer service was very patient with me and it all worked out great. I highly recommend this company. And the price was reasonable as well.
