I had a great experience with RealTruck. I was shopping for my new 2023 Toyota Tundra and I picked (2) items (tonneau cover and running boards) and placed them in my cart. I reached out to chat box to make sure I would receive them before I moved and they were able to let me know. Will definitely shop at RealTree again.
I bought an optium redtop battery from these guys at the cost of 200 bucks and bought extended warranty also within a few months of getting the battery it went dead and left me stranded on side of road contacted them was told I had to contact optima contacted them and was told that I had to contact real truck it had been a back and worth battle with both these guys and never getting it taken care of it has been a nightmare and completely ridiculous dealing with either one if them and to this date nothing and i mean nothing had been done save yourself the headache and purchase your products from somewhere else avoid the headache and being left stranded on the side of the road
I have a Tonneau cover that I cannot use because I have broken latches. Tried to order some and they on national back order.
The unit slides over existing mirror well but the wedge is so tight that it won't slide in as far as instructions say to and it's so tight that the neoprene strip started tearing off before I could get it in as far as they say to.
My Truxport cover has been a great cover for almost 5 years. I was starting to have some wear and tear a few weeks before the end of five years. I called to ask how to make some adjustments so that it would close better. Jennifer had me send some pictures and said she could see some bend in the rear bar. She sent me a new bar and two latches, then when she saw some wear on the cover she sent me a new cover. I only re-used the front and two side bars. I didn't even realize that I had a five year warranty. I assumed I only had a year or two. I thought this was great service and have almost a completely new cover. Its a great product with great customer service.

Ordered the X-act fit front & rear liners for my new F150 supercrew. Comparably priced to the competition and there was a $25 rebate. The liners arrived as expected within 2 days and were an excellent fit. I like the more flexible material of the X-act fit product. I live in the south so my winters aren't as cold as many places but I still didn't want the more rigid version, Weather beater. I have no carpet beneath these liners so I got these to prevent wear on the original vinyl. These look great, as if they were a factory installed item. Definitely like this style flooring over carpet. Will definitely use these in my other vehicles.
