Bought floor mats front and back. Order came quickly, was as described, fit well. Contacted customer service with a slight issue and they remedied it within a day! I am very satisfied. My husband also bought a set of floor mats recently and is very happy with them.

Salesman told me product will be in on Wednesday. This was a lie he know he was lying and even said the conversation was recorded trying to convince me he wasn't lying. Now there customer service won't even give me a call back. Stay away from Real Truck

I started doing the process of a purchase on line but at some point during the process, I couldn't process my payment for the items. After speaking with my sales rep who by the way was most helpful he was able to assist me in completing the purchase.

I ordered front and rear floor mats and a rear cargo mat. They were both in stock and I only received the rear cargo mat, why?

The sales rep was able to answer any questions that I had and the cover was ordered on Friday and I was able to install it on my vehicle by Sunday afternoon without any problems. I would definitely recommend Realtruck to anyone.

I like using RealTruck. I have made purchases from them in the past and have never had a problem. This time I ordered a Bedrug liner for my wife's truck and the associate verified the fit for me and also let me know of a price cut on the item.
