Andrew was awesome! EXT 1784 :) He solved my issue with ease.

Delivery was faster than expected. Installation did not go so well. I called and spoke with customer service. The lady determined I need new rails which is unsatisfactory as I'm going on a trip and that's why I ordered the thing. She said it would take ten to fifteen days. I sent pictures per her request. Trying to follow up, I waited on hold an hour and a half. I gave up and hung up.

Got the wrong part talked to a live person gave him the make year model picture of my part 2009 2500 HD Silverado AMP research side step replacement motor he confirmed the part number and wrong part showed up need this sent back free and need the correct one free of charge
