The rubber seals on my hard tri-fold bed cover have deteriorated to the point that the panels are separated. One of the rubber side rails has split as well so the panel can pull up without having to unlock the tailgate. Apparently the rubber parts are on backorder which I find disturbing as well. I thought it would hold up longer than this.

I really love the look of this cover, but no matter what adjustments I make the middle of my cover will not snap to my rail on my drivers side without pulling the rail up and pushing the cover down at the same time. All other spots snap to the rail very easily. I have installed the rail 3 different times and have adjusted the shims multiple times as well. On top of that, the rubber seals on the side do not cover both rails. The back seal by the bulkhead is fine, but some of my rail that sits on top of my bed is not 100% covered by the rubber seals. I would say about 85% on both or if I adjust it 100% on one and 75% on the other.

The front and second row mats perfect fit, however the rear flat mat does not fit correctly on the left side of the vehicle, I have tried to adjust it several times with no different result, it is molded above an inch and a quarter (based on my measurements) to wide and bunches up against the corner there.

I made a mistake with an item and requested a different size. I had to pay for the change and wait for the return to get reimbursed for the parcel. I feel they could have reimbursed, or send me the right parcel as soon as I took the wrong size parcel to FedEx and had a claim ticket. More user friendly for your patrons.

Bought some fairly expensive running boards for my truck to help my aging father-in-law get into the vehicle. Easy to buy from the website. Good tools, easy search and when I needed help, I was able to quickly get an agent to help me complete the transaction. The delivery part of the purchase has been a nightmare. The order shipped in three packages from multiple locations and vendors. One vendor did not have the product in stock, and it didn't ship. Customer support after the purchase has been terrible. The call wait times are always 45-mins to 2 hrs. They say they are having unusual call volumes, but my experience is that they are always understaffed. It has been 2 weeks and they still don't have any estimate on when I might receive the parts needed to install the running boards. It is darn near impossible to get them on the phone to get any info. Not sure I will buy from them again, I just don't trust their fulfillment process.
