Loved the 3d tool to see the parts on my vehicle. Great way to see a lot of different options all at once before purchasing.

Bought some fairly expensive running boards for my truck to help my aging father-in-law get into the vehicle. Easy to buy from the website. Good tools, easy search and when I needed help, I was able to quickly get an agent to help me complete the transaction. The delivery part of the purchase has been a nightmare. The order shipped in three packages from multiple locations and vendors. One vendor did not have the product in stock, and it didn't ship. Customer support after the purchase has been terrible. The call wait times are always 45-mins to 2 hrs. They say they are having unusual call volumes, but my experience is that they are always understaffed. It has been 2 weeks and they still don't have any estimate on when I might receive the parts needed to install the running boards. It is darn near impossible to get them on the phone to get any info. Not sure I will buy from them again, I just don't trust their fulfillment process.

Good, but one off the rail cap openings was in the wrong location.

Ordered the product 8/4, website says get it by 8/15. Chat agent said processing 2-5 days and 2-3 days for shipping. It's now 8/15 still haven't received the product, and product still shows pending fulfillment.

Some difficulty using website to order. Phone call next morning worked best. X-act contour liners fit 2025 tacoma very well.

Well they had to call me back and they did we will see how it goes when I see the product in 2 weeks. Also Rudy seem like a good guy and was helpful. Thanks Jeff

Between the Cust. Service Rep, who helped me find the right part after I ordered the wrong part and the Returns Dept. I would definitely use RT again!

Spoke with a couple sales personnel, I was transferred to Jacquelyn. This young lady explained which product would best fit my needs. She looked at several items and explained some were back ordered. We went back to a certain set of steps. After looking at the video I agreed with her recommendation. It was great listening to someone that did their best to sell correct product. Overall would recommend this compony to anyone. Jacquelyn thank you again for help.

I have paid for the product over three weeks ago and still have not gotten anything at my house. And I have been talking with your support team as well.

Never recited original items after waiting for them for 14 days. Talk to sales rep personally, instead we cancelled original items and reordered same item out of a different warehouse at a discount(military) plus added more items. Maybe I will be happy when ever they get here. I will wait to pass judgement till then thank you vince gennusa

I haven't received my items yet but the site is easy to navigate and the customer service was outstanding. This is my second or third time purchasing from them and never have had any problems. Recommended

I bought replacement pads for Ionic Pickup truck - Ionic 5" Nerf Bar Step Pad Part #: IAS-SP5004. They came with NO installation instructions or template AND they are NO WAY the correct replacement! The existing pads that are being replace have 4 mounting posts for the 4 mounting holes in the step. The new ones that were recommended by your salesman have 9 mounting posts NONE of which match the existing holes! I need someone there to help correct this!

When I ordered the email they sent me said that my product would be here on the fourth. I ordered it on the fifth.
