I called because I wasn't positive about the fitment of a tonneau cover for my new truck. Sherri was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. She verified the cover would fit. I placed the order and it showed up at my door in 4 days. Installation was a breeze after watching the video. The product is very well built, was made in America and looks awesome on my rig. I have nothing but positive things to say about RealTruck.
Worst online experience ever. Absolutely ZERO customer support and did not ship out my order for a step motor.

I purchased what I believed to be a premium quality cover to last as long as my brand new truck. However, I am sorely disappointed in the quality of some of the parts as well as the fit of the unit itself. The rear corners of the tonneau cover leave large 2in gaps that will allow for dirt, water, snow, etc to get into the bed. I honestly expected a better fitment since it's the same bed on the Ridgeline for like 8 years or so. I have photos to include in this review but there is no option to include them.
Was unable to get a representative to answer phone. Said one hour wait then two hour wait so I tried chat and again no one. My refund is apparently being handled but trying to contact and talk with someone was bad. Five or six hour later someone finally called.
I ordered parts online and never received them. After a lot of chasing around on my end, they issued me a virtual credit card to reorder my parts, instead of a refund. When I ordered the same parts again, they charged me $10.20 more because the parts weren't on sale anymore. It was a terrible experience and I will never buy anything from them again!
I placed an order over 24 hours ago and still haven't received a shipping confirmation. The order status still says pending fulfillment. Real Truck could improve their fulfillment time

Real Truck didn't send me part of my order. They have not resolved this for over a month, and stopped coumunication with me. It has cost me an extra $156 to order the missing part. The worst customer experience I have ever had.
Don at Real Truck was very helpful and super friendly when I called to ask some questions about some Husky products.
