Ordered a premium bed cover and bed rug on the same day - Monday. Bed cover came on Thursday. Needed both items by the end of the week for weekend trip. Rug came on Saturday. Expected more prompt delivery at a $2.5K price point.
Ordered a cover from Amazon and it came absolutely destroyed. I needed it with only 4 days to spare before a trip. Not only did they get it to me in time but he even knocked a few bucks off.
I drove for over 12hours in pouring rain and not one drip of water got in my bed. I'm really impressed with not only with the customer service but the quality of the product.

I bought 2 Gator trifold covers in the last year. The first experience was so good that I didn't even shop when it came time to buy one for my new truck. The chat online feature was great. Both times the person was very knowledgeable and did a great job getting the correct cover for my truck, needs and location. Price was also great, but the service was exceptional. Recommend to anyone.

The x4s is great. Install was easy. Looks great and is easy to operate, well except when it rained and the temps dropped and it was frozen closed. A little sun and it was good. It's manual which is nice. One hand roll up and no loss of bed space in a short 5' bed. For those who want to know, once rolled up it is 7.5" tall and 9.5" wide. I'm going to put a rail system in the included t-track for bike rack above bed. Still have to figure out what manufacture to use as I don't want it to high.
Was never tried to be talked out of purchasing a product. Sales people there was concerned with there own commission cause that's where they make there money

I bought a tounneau bed cover from Realtruck but the model advised by their expert didn't fit with the racks I want so when I asked them to return the cover they didn't accept. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this company.

I did a lot of research on a truck bed cover and after calling your rep and explaining why I desired to purchase a cover and how I was going to use the cover, the rep guided me into, what I feel right now, was the right purchase at the right price. Only time will tell... My experience with the purchase was simple, very easy and the cover arrived within the time frame I was quoted... I would purchase again from your company and recommend it to my friends.
