My overall experience was delightful. I did notice that some of the information posted on your website doesn't necessarily match up with the vehicle information. For example, I have a crew Max Toyota tundra, and the only option in the search box was for a double cap.

Will answered all my questions, was polite, kind and gave me information I needed to know to make my decision on buying liners. Good guy, good experience.

Parts fit great, easy to install. They arrived in good shape. Look good on my 2025 Tacoma. Ordered parts from Julie H, professional friendly knew what I needed for my truck.

The bug shield I ordered wasn't what I thought it was. I have bought bug shields for 10 plus trucks which I have owned in the past. I didn't realize you had one that was directly attached with tape though. I talked to a person at a cruise in and he said he had a problem with water getting behind it and fogging and discoloring.
I don't need that

On web site are good and not confusing to follow. The running boards that I ordered were in stock and advisor gave me a real time
Estimate for delivery of item. He expected delivery to be 5 days, but they arrived in 8 days and that included a weekend. Not bad
Time for Salt Lake City to central North Carolina. Box was in great shape and contents in pristine condition also. Have not installed yet as I prefer to have 3 hours to complete install with hopefully no interruptions. I am completely satisfied "Real Truck"

Never received the product. Reached out to customer service. They said it would be that day or next. Nothing. Then cancelled order. Still " pending cancellation ". Brutal all around. Would not recommend

Base price (before tax) charged was over the quoted amount and the shipping address was incorrect, nothing but problems, cancelled order.

I Needed a Lo-Pro replacement cover and called Real Truck! Very knowledgeable Staff. Had a new cover with in a week. Easy installation, and what a great fit. THANK YOU!

Had AMP steps installed professionally on my new truck. I started having problems with the finish on the steps right away just flaking off for no reason. I don't live around gravel. Don't step on gravel. I only wear tennis shoes getting in and out of the truck. So AMP sent me the steps to replace which I had to pay for the replacement labor Then one of the LED lights went out. I again had to pay for the replacement labor. Then two more LED lights went out about a month ago. I had to pay the labor to replace them. Then this morning I walk out and the steps are not working. In a hurry, I drove My Wife to work anyways and decided to look at them when I come home. Upon entering my driveway, I start noticing the inside of my truck is starting to smell like burning electric I quickly exit the truck and pop the hood and look under the hood and the module is actively setting on fire, shooting, sparks, bubbling and melting the harness. I contact amp who is a division of real truck, and they're sending me a whole new kit. But guess what I have to pay the labor to install the new kit again. So not only do I have to pay to remove the old defective kit, I have to pay to install the new kit. I ask AMP Research to step up take ownership and issue a labor credit to the Installer from which I purchased the steps from. AMP said they sell hundreds of thousands of these steps a year, but refused to pay the labor to have these steps replaced even though I've had multiple issues. Even the fact that they almost burned down my truck and my house..

Service representative(Julie Hensley) was very helpful. Shipping was much quicker than expected. Have not installed the grille guard yet but it looks very solid.

I used chat to have an agent help me with questions and they got everything into my cart and assisted me all the way through checkout. Great service!

Representive was cordial and knowledgeable. My truck is a model that gets confused with a lot of others. He explained the problem and helped me get to the correct items. Will shop there again.

Received the tonneau cover over the weekend while we were away, didn't receive any notice it had been delivered. Installed it this morning (September 22nd) went on very easy, once I figured out the tonneau cover had been installed on the metal header upside down. Corrected that and everything else was a snap. Looks really nice and seems to fit tight. Was really pleased with the representative (Kathy C.) she was very helpful and professional. Very satisfied. Alan Atkins

Still haven't received product but I received two requests for a review. I first emailed about a military discount, I received an email that said your case is closed with NO answer at all? So I called in. I got an apology and an answer to my question. Then I was put on hold to order the product for sales and 30 minutes later I hung up. I called back and asked for sales. The person was Knowledgeable but short with me. The military discount was 5% so, wow. I ordered on Monday. The item was not shipped for 3 days and then I got the arrival date of 5-6 days later? Geesh. Too long. You could mail it USPS for 3 days. This is why Amazon gets all the business. Too slow

Easy to work with Real truck via online chat to make sure the product fit my truck and then it was delivered in a timely fashion. The online installation videos are a great help.

The order was placed over the telephone because there was a problem with the web site. I was able to find the product I wanted (front floor mats for an Elantra) but I was not able to put the item into the shopping cart. The customer service rep answered my call promptly and placed the order for me. The product arrived when promised. Installation took about 5 minutes and the floor mats fit perfectly.
